This role is part of a planned expansion of our commercial team. We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of key accounts: retail chains, distributors and private label clients, across the EU/UK and selected export markets.


About the role
This is a senior, commercially independent B2B role. You will be the owner of your accounts, not a first point of contact passing things on. You negotiate pricing and terms, close contracts, and lead private label projects from customer brief to launched product. You represent Swedish Nutra toward some of our most important customers, and internally you are the commercial voice for your portfolio. It’s a role for someone who has done this before and wants real mandate and real results to show for it.


What you’ll own
Key accounts: full ownership of retail chains, distributors and private label clients. Including pricing, negotiation, contracts, exclusivity and payment terms within an agreed mandate
Private label projects: leading custom formulation requests from brief to quote, sampling and signed order, together with our product development team
New business: qualifying and closing larger inbound leads, and turning one-off buyers into long-term partners
Export practicalities: coordinating with our logistics and regulatory colleagues on shipping requirements, certificates (COA, Halal, CPNP and similar) and market-specific compliance
Commercial judgment: assessing credit risk, payment terms and growth opportunity across your portfolio



What we’re looking for
Experience is required for this role: 3+ years in B2B key account management or export sales. Experience in supplements, food, FMCG or pharma is a strong plus
Proven negotiation experience with distributors or retail chains
Private label / contract manufacturing experience is a strong plus
Structured and detail-oriented: comfortable with contracts, price lists, specifications and certificates
Independent: you make the decisions within your mandate and own the follow-through
Fluent English: English is our working language; additional languages are a plus given our international customer base

About the role
We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to take over the day-to-day leadership of Swedish Nutra. This is a pivotal role designed to free our founder-CEO to focus on growth, while you build and lead the operational engine that will scale our business. You will be the number-one on-site point of contact for the entire team, working full-time from our Malmö headquarters.


What you'll own
As COO, you will be responsible for the full company P&L and all approximately 30 staff, leading through the management layer. Your mandate will grow in defined phases, ultimately encompassing all day-to-day responsibilities currently held by the CEO. This includes:
Day-to-day leadership of the company: Full P&L ownership and leadership of all staff through the management team.
The management team: Building and leading the Production Manager, Head of Sales, and Marketing Manager (searches currently in motion), and completing the team with key-account and e-commerce hires. Final say on management-level appointments remains with the owners.
Production: Setting targets and holding the Production Manager accountable for output, quality, supply, and cost.
The technical spine: Ensuring quality assurance and regulatory compliance across all export markets, maintaining GMP/HACCP certification, overseeing the product development pipeline, and managing inventory and supply end-to-end through a monthly S&OP; rhythm.
The commercial engine: Guiding the Head of Sales and Marketing Manager to execute the retail and DTC agenda set with the CEO, including expanding from exclusive-distributor coverage to include direct retail relationships.
DTC and marketplace channels: Overseeing Amazon EU/UK through an accountable Amazon specialist, and the US Amazon/Shopify/DTC business, with investment pace agreed with the CEO.
Systems and process: Transforming ad-hoc, founder-held execution into documented, repeatable processes and stage-appropriate tooling, and extracting institutional knowledge into the organization through SOPs.
The people function during ramp-up: Managing performance, development, and hiring below management level, with in-house recruitment support, until a dedicated HR lead is justified.
The automation agenda: Supporting automation across the business, ensuring new processes across every department are designed to be automation-ready.
The operating rhythm: Establishing KPIs, budgets, forecasting, cash-flow discipline, running weekly management meetings, and providing monthly reporting to the owners.



What we're looking for
We are seeking a proven general manager with real operational depth and a scale-up temperament. While few candidates will be equally strong across all areas, we prioritize in this order: proven general management, depth across quality, regulatory, product development, and supply, and hands-on commercial-growth experience. Running a factory is not required, as production has its own dedicated leader.
Non-negotiable requirements:
Experience: 10+ years of experience, with genuine general management, including owning a full P&L (company, subsidiary, or business unit) and leading a team of managers. You are a leader of leaders, not a strong functional specialist stepping up for the first time.
Operational Expertise: Real operating experience in a regulated product category (GMP, HACCP, pharma, food, nutraceutical/supplement, or comparable), spanning quality and regulatory, product development, and inventory/supply. About the role
As we scale, we're looking for a Sales Manager (Head of Sales) to lead and grow our B2B sales across EU/UK and selected export markets. This is a senior, hands-on commercial leadership role for someone who leads from the front. You'll personally open and close strategic accounts and key distributor partnerships while building, developing, and structuring the sales team and the process behind it. What you'll own

Sales team leadership: leading, developing, and structuring the existing team, building a repeatable sales process, and recruiting new talent as we grow.
Distributor strategy: identifying, recruiting, and managing distributors across EU/UK and export markets; building the distributor map and securing genuine commitment (volumes, marketing support).
Channel development: listings and growth across e-commerce, offline retail, and the salon/spa channel.
Private label: growing our contract manufacturing business, from first enquiry through specification, pricing and long-term account management.
Lead conversion: closing the leads our marketing engine generates and owning those relationships.
Pricing and commercial strategy: over time, helping shape pricing and price strategy for our own brands, in partnership with and approved by the CEO.



This role's scope is EU/UK as the primary focus, plus selected export markets outside the EU/UK. (This role does not cover the US market.)


What we're looking for
A strong B2B sales leader who has personally opened and closed accounts across EU/UK and export markets, not only managed people who did. You still love to sell and to close.
Real people-leadership experience: hiring, coaching, structuring, and managing a sales team to targets.
Distributor and channel experience across EU/UK, and ideally export markets, with the judgment to read whether a partner will genuinely invest in the brand.
Comfortable building structure and process in a fast-moving, scaling environment.
Experience selling contract manufacturing or private label, where the customer specifies what they buy, is a strong plus.
Experience in supplements, health, beauty, FMCG, or a related field is a strong plus.
Fluent English is essential, it is our working language and our team is international.

We are GMP- and HACCP-certified and make everything in-house, from raw-material intake and mixing through to bottling, labelling and quality control. We are a fast-moving, international company in a growth phase, and we are now looking for a Production Manager to take full ownership of our production floor.


About the role
This is a hands-on leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for our production. You will take charge of the entire operation. Currently a single day shift from Monday to Friday, leading a production team of around 20 people, which we expect to grow, while working closely with our office and management team. Our current Production Manager is moving on to further studies, and we are looking for someone who can step in and take the operation to the next level: from a founder-led setup to a systematic, audit-ready, world-class manufacturing hub. You will own throughput, quality and team development, with freedom to build and improve how we run.


What you will do
Own the daily production schedule and make sure sales orders are delivered on time and in full, without unnecessary overtime.
Maintain strict GMP compliance and hygiene standards, keeping the facility audit-ready at all times.
Oversee preventive maintenance of mixing tanks, pumps and automated bottling lines to keep production running reliably.
Lead, develop and grow a production team of around 20. Building a "quality first" culture and the structure to support it.
Manage stock, storage and logistics across our facilities so the right materials are always in the right place.
Drive continuous improvement in throughput, quality and efficiency, and put systems in place so the operation runs reliably and is not dependent on any single person.



What we are looking for
5+ years in a production leadership role within FMCG, food, beverage or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with liquid / wet-fill production and automated filling lines is a strong advantage.
A genuinely hands-on, technical mindset. You want to understand why a bottling line is jamming or why a batch isn't homogenising correctly, and you get involved to fix it.
Solid knowledge of GMP/HACCP standards and familiarity with food-safety regulation.
A "firm but fair" leader who leads by example and gets the best from a diverse, international team.
Someone who takes full ownership, works independently, and solves problems rather than waiting for direction.
Fluent English is essential. It is our working language and our team is international. Swedish or any other European language is an advantage.

About Swedish Nutra
Swedish Nutra is a Malmö-based manufacturer of liquid dietary supplements, producing both our own brands — Swedish Nutra, Swedish Collagen, True Collagen and Essentials100 — and private-label products for partners in more than 37 countries. We are GMP- and HACCP-certified and make everything in-house, from raw-material intake and mixing through to bottling, labelling and quality control. We are a fast-moving, international company in a growth phase, and we are now looking for a Production Manager to take full ownership of our production floor.


About the role
This is a hands-on leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for our production. You will take charge of the entire operation — currently a single day shift, Monday to Friday — leading a production team of around 20 people, which we expect to grow, while working closely with our office and management team. Our current Production Manager is moving on to further studies, and we are looking for someone who can step in and take the operation to the next level: from a founder-led setup to a systematic, audit-ready, world-class manufacturing hub. You will own throughput, quality and team development, with freedom to build and improve how we run.


What you will do
Own the daily production schedule and make sure sales orders are delivered on time and in full, without unnecessary overtime.
Maintain strict GMP compliance and hygiene standards, keeping the facility audit-ready at all times.
Oversee preventive maintenance of mixing tanks, pumps and automated bottling lines to keep production running reliably.
Lead, develop and grow a production team of around 20 — building a "quality first" culture and the structure to support it.
Manage stock, storage and logistics across our facilities so the right materials are always in the right place.
Drive continuous improvement in throughput, quality and efficiency, and put systems in place so the operation runs reliably and is not dependent on any single person.



What we are looking for
5+ years in a production leadership role within FMCG, food, beverage or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with liquid / wet-fill production and automated filling lines is a strong advantage.
A genuinely hands-on, technical mindset — you want to understand why a bottling line is jamming or why a batch isn't homogenising correctly, and you get involved to fix it.
Solid knowledge of GMP standards and familiarity with food-safety regulation.
A "firm but fair" leader who leads by example and gets the best from a diverse, international team.
Someone who takes full ownership, works independently, and solves problems rather than waiting for direction.
Fluent English is essential — it is our working language and our team is international. Swedish or any other European language is an advantage.

Vi söker en ny medarbetare till vår produktionsvdelning för flytande kosttillskott. Hos oss går kvalitet före kvanitet, vi söker därför dig som är nogrann och exakt.

Arbetsbeskrivning:
Som produktionsmedarbetare kommer du delta i tillverkning, buteljering, etikettering och emballering av våra produkter. Vi tillverkar kosttillskot/multivitaminer i flytande form. TIllsammans med gruppen ansvarar du för att ordning och renlighet hålls i de aktuella produktionslokalerna. Arbetsutrustning används för att minska manuell hantering, tyngre lyft förekommer.
