We are looking for an excellent Customer Success Associate
As a Web Manuals Customer Success Associate you build long-lasting customer relationships to drive retention and system satisfaction. Responsibilities in the role
Building relationships proactively with customers to enhance their knowledge, guiding them through the customer journey and keeping them informed.
Understanding and addressing the customers’ needs before they are aware of them themselves.
Provide technical support and ad-hoc training to customers who use the company’s product, replying to inbound queries.
Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate Web Manuals implementation projects.
Contact and visit customers on a regular basis.
Ensure customers remain satisfied with the product by educating them about functional capabilities and possible upgrades.
Inform customers about upcoming various events.
Renewing customer contracts.
Aid with the development and improvement of the product by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and addressing these with the development team.

We are looking for an outstanding Accounting Associate
Web Manuals is looking for an Accounting Associate to join our Finance team consisting of two ambitious team members working from Sweden to support the subsidiaries in Sweden, the US and Singapore. Finances for all subsidiaries are currently managed at the headquarters in Malmö. In your role as the Accounting Associate, you will be working closely with both the rest of the Finance team as well as the different parts of the global Web Manuals organization handling customers and partners. Your main responsibility will be the accounts receivables and communication with customers and partners regarding invoices, contracts, and payments.
Responsibilities in the role
To manage the monthly invoicing of customers and manage the follow-up of late payments with customers.
To monitor incoming payments.
To ensure orderly handling of customer contracts in our system.
To manage pricing and invoicing configurations in accounting systems.
To support the finance team with accounts payable, VAT and tax returns and other day-to-day accounting activities.
To support the finance team in creating monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
To administer corporate records for the companies in the group.
To maintain communication with authorities regarding corporate records.
To participate in projects regarding accounting, internal control and other ad hoc analyses.
To establish and develop finance processes and maintain proper control of their performance.

We are looking for an excellent Content Transfer Associate
You will work as a part of our highly appreciated Customer Experience Team, based in our centrally located head office in Malmö. The objective of the role is to coordinate, perform and quality assure import of documents into customer sites using the Web Manuals application.
Your main responsibility will be to ensure the quality of the delivery of content transfer projects within given guidelines. You will coordinate the work of the content transfer for customers in conjunction with internal project owner and perform content transfer and quality assurance of manuals for customers. You will also be responsible for communication with Content Transfer partners and customers.
You will be part of meetings with Customer Success staff to discuss, plan and prioritize the current production pipeline. You will be responsible for improving the Content Transfer Process as needed. You will also help with other in-house administrative tasks.

You will work as a part of our highly appreciated Customer Experience Team, based in our centrally located head office in Malmö. The objective of the role is to coordinate, perform and quality assure import of documents into customer sites using the Web Manuals application.
Your main responsibility will be to ensure the quality of the delivery of content transfer projects within given guidelines. You will coordinate the work of the content transfer for customers in conjunction with internal project owner and perform content transfer and quality assurance of manuals for customers. You will also be responsible for communication with Content Transfer partners and customers.
You will be part of meetings with Customer Success staff to discuss, plan and prioritize the current production pipeline. You will be responsible for improving the Content Transfer Process as needed. You will also help with other in-house administrative tasks.

We are looking for an excellent Compliance Coordinator
The objective of the Compliance Coordinator is to audit, report and document functions and business practices requiring compliance activities and to assist the Compliance Manager. The external compliance is mainly focused on ISO 9001 (Quality Management) & ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security).


We think that if you have a university degree and can grasp the job quickly. This is the reason that we don’t see any prior experience in the field as a requirement. It’s an administrative role to a large extend, with parts of communication about quality and risk awareness internally to the team. You will work with preparing compliance and deviation reports, to hold regular meetings with staff on compliance and plan and execute quality improving actions.


Responsibilities in the role
? Together with the Compliance Manager act as an internal auditor for the Quality Management System.
? To administrate the Deviation Report Process.
? To assist in improving the Quality Management System on a regular basis.
? To encourage a mindset of quality, risk awareness and information security among employees.
? To immediately report any deviations, risks or findings directly to the Compliance Manager that may have a severe impact on customers or the business.

Web Manuals sales department is growing, and we are now looking for a driven and talented Sales Executive to our headquarters in central Malmö. If you love building relationships and develop yourself, this is an excellent opportunity.


Responsibilities in the role
You will be a Sales Executive with your own budget. The customer base is small and medium-sized flight operators worldwide. The role includes prospecting, negotiation and closing of deals. Negotiations and meetings are handled both virtually and in person meaning that you will be traveling to visit potential customers. You usually negotiate with Directors of Flight Operations and C-level managers. You will also attend trade shows and conferences for the aviation industry globally in order to connect with the industry and potential customers. The role includes reporting on a weekly basis and a proper hand-over to our Customer Success team. We are looking for an excellent Manual Editor/Transfer Associate
You will work as a part of our highly appreciated Customer Experience Team, based in our centrally located head office in Malmö. The objective of the Manual Editor/Transfer Associate is to coordinate, perform and quality assure transfer of content and documents into customer sites using the Web Manuals application.


Your main responsibility will be to ensure the quality of the delivery of content transfer projects within given guidelines. You will coordinate the work of the content transfer for customers in conjunction with internal project owner and perform content transfer and quality assurance of manuals for customers. You will be part of meetings with Customer Success staff to discuss, plan and prioritize the current production pipeline. You will assist in improving the Content Transfer Process as needed. You will also help with other in-house administrative tasks.
