In this part-time role about 50% as a Travel Organizer with Crew Planning and Training Coordination Support, you will play a vital role in organizing crew travel arrangements, including flights, ground transportation, and accommodations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys travel logistics, and wants to contribute to the smooth operation of airline services.

The role is flexible to fit the candidate’s needs and may evolve into a full-time position depending on your skills and the company’s requirements. 

Key Responsibilities:


• Primary Focus – Travel and Accommodation Coordination:

• Organize travel logistics for crew members, including booking flights, arranging ground transportation, and securing hotel accommodations.

Om dig

Vi söker dig som har tidigare erfarenhet inom logistik, lager och inköp. Du har en utomordentlig förmåga att organisera och planera. Du är en fena på att lösa problem och du har en stor initiativförmåga. Arbetet innebär både att arbeta i grupp och ensam så du behöver vara bekväm i båda situationerna. Har du tidigare arbetat inom flygindustrin och har erfarenheter av att arbeta med farligt gods och lagersystem så är det en stor merit. 

Vi söker dig som har minst utbildning på gymnasienivå. För att fixa jobbet behöver du ha goda kunskaper i att kommunicera på Svenska och Engelska i både tal och skrift. (Intervjun kommer ske på Engelska). Du behöver ha en god IT kompetens och vara en van användare av Microsoft 360.

As a Purchase Order Controller, you process aircraft spare parts requirements initiated by the Part M and Part 145 Maintenance to keep the aircrafts fully operational and ready 24/7 with the highest level of quality by applying the proper airworthiness instructions, limiting, and reducing unnecessary charges. Responsibilities


• Perform purchasing/repairing functions as required to ensure high valued/sophisticated aircraft spares parts are procured for maintenance of aircraft.
• Exploring of spare part vendors/repair shops in the open market.
• Process warranty claims between company and vendors/manufacturers.
• Source for aircraft parts in the market by processing RFQs and exploring websites.
• Carry out the quotations comparison, effective negotiation and make recommendation to the Supply Chain Manager for selection of best offer.
• Review MIN stock level quantities of stock in all the stock locations on regular basis and take procurement actions to top up the MIN level at all the time.

Academic/Educational Requirements


• Graduation or Equivalent education in Logistics/Supply Chain.

Required Skills/Experience/knowledge:


• Quick sourcing ability and effective negotiation skills.
• Working knowledge of (domestic and international) shipping regulations.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of products including Excel.
• Be familiar with purchasing/repairing processes, shipping and receiving as well as warranty administration.
• Fluent in English both oral and written

Role Summary:

West Atlantic is in an interesting development phase and is now looking for a HR Group Director who will be responsible for the group´s HR work. We offer exciting and free work in an international and dynamic environment.

Duties:

The HR Group Director reports to CEO and the main duties/responsibilities are: 


• Represent the HR group in operational and administration matters.
• You will both be involved in major strategic issues as well as the operational HR work.
• Establish and maintain HR related procedures and policies.
• You will be stationed at Malmö Sturup Airport, but will also be present at our offices in Gothenburg and Coventry, UK.
• You will become part of our competent HR team, which today consists of 7 people stationed in Sweden and the UK. 

Qualifications:


• Holding an university education with specialization in HR. Preferably have had a leadership role within HR for a number of years with an international company.
• Has a strong business focus and is independent and driven. It is also important that you have the ability to create good relationships.
• Well acquainted with Scandinavian labour law and labour market. It is an advantage if you have experience within the various existing European labour regulations.
• Previous experience within the airline industry.
• Be fluent in Swedish and English with HR Business related skills, both written and oral.
• Good skills in Office program.
• Holds a driving license.
