We are seeking a HR Advisor – People Services to join our team. Reporting to the Team Manager People Services, you will be responsible for delivering operational HR services, managing high-quality HR data, supporting employees and managers, and improving HR processes through digital tools and analytics.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative, cross-border HR environment where your contribution will support both business excellence and employee experience across the region.

Responsibilities
The main responsibilities for this role are:
Maintain HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow) and ensure data quality and compliance.
Translate, update, and publish HR content such as policies, guidelines and employee communications.
Collaborate across HR, Digital Technology and Global Operations teams to deliver efficient and reliable HR services
Manage employee support and data requests, including bulk data updates and position changes.
Prepare and visualize reports using tools like Power BI to support DEI and other people analytics initiatives.
Assist the Global Mobility team with international assignment data and practical support for expatriates.
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and service delivery.



Profile
We are looking for someone who has:
A degree-level education and minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
Proven experience working with HR systems, HR data management, and analytics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify and visualize complex data.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Service Delivery module is a plus), ServiceNow or SharePoint.
A strong understanding of GDPR, HR compliance and employment legislation.


Fluency in English and Swedish; additional European languages are an advantage.

People Resourcing oversees the full employee lifecycle, providing six key services: Recruitment, Onboarding, Offboarding, Employer Branding, Employee Retention Management, and Workforce Management. In this role, the team not only supports managers and employees with inquiries and concerns but also engages with internal customers to address their business needs through People Resourcing processes. HR Advisor will act as a subject matter expert for these processes.
The HR Advisor in Sweden will hold responsibility for Country HR, advising on local labor laws, and will serve as the Unions and Work Council Representative, participating in meetings and negotiations.
We are looking for an experienced and independent HR professional with a strong expertise in managing HR compliance and HR processes, while effectively developing and nurturing good stakeholder relationships.
Note: this is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and effective support to employees and managers by addressing inquiries not just through task execution, but also through proactive consultations
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, ensuring a transparent, compliant, and seamless experience for managers, candidates, new hires, and departing employees
- Ensure compliance with Swedish HR legislation, including proper documentation of guidelines, deviations from regional processes, and necessary internal communication
- Serve as the key contact for sensitive HR matters, such as compliance, disciplinary issues, and other legal HR concerns, collaborate with unions and relevant stakeholders
- Support and advice line managers on rehabilitation cases in Sweden, including necessary reporting and communication with external stakeholders
- Manage and coordinate relations, interactions, and negotiations with unions and works councils, ensuring early involvement in relevant processes to facilitate smooth decision-making
- Drive accurate and efficient data management in adherence to GDPR and local HR compliance
- Actively participate in People Resourcing regional projects and initiatives, i.e., designing and delivering support material and trainings for all Yara Europe employees, harmonizing processes across different countries etc.
- Ensure the active promotion of diversity, equity and inclusion through People Resourcing processes
Profile
- HR relevant Bachelor-level education
- Minimum of 3 years of independent work experience in recruitment, strong interviewing skills, and the ability to coach hiring managers, along with expertise in onboarding and offboarding processes
- Strong track record in collaborating with unions and work councils in Sweden
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of Swedish labor law and collective agreements, including GDPR and HR compliance
- Experience working with recruitment selection tools, data analytics tools and HR Information Systems (SAP SuccessFactors is a plus)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize, optimize and harmonize processes
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both verbal and written communication - a must. Additional languages are a benefit.

Responsibilities
We are now looking for a Commercial Director for Sweden.
The Commercial Director is the most senior position in Yara Sweden and in this role you will be responsible for sales, marketing, agronomy and daily operations.
What will you be working with?
- Lead the Swedish Management Team to develop and execute the strategy of Yara in the market.
- Lead the local Yara sales, marketing and agronomy team and having full responsibility for sales, volume development, market positioning and profitability in Sweden. This is done together with key account managers and you will be supported by regional and local marketing and agronomy teams.
- Implement the identified commercial strategy with a strong focus both on the farmer and the crop/yield as well as maintain and develop an aligned base of distributors and value chain partners.

Profile
You have a degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Agronomy or other relevant field for this position. You bring a minimum of 10 years of experience from a senior manager position as well as from a relevant business. You have a strong link to agribusiness and a track record of delivering good commercial results. As we work in an international setting you need to be fluent in English and Swedish, written as well as spoken. You have a good understanding of utilizing Office products and CRM systems to drive the business. Your are an experienced leader and if you have experience in leading multidisciplinary teams in a matrix environment this would be beneficial for this role.

You will be located in our office in Malmö where you also will be part of a small HR-team. The local team currently consists of two HR Advisors that enjoy working closely together, supporting and helping each other, as well as collaborate cross-functionally.
What will you be working with?
- Keep relevant systems and related structures up to date and running, ensuring high level of data quality
- Develop, coordinate and publish relevant communication to line managers, employees and HR functions within the HR portal (e.g. HR policies, practices, guidelines or procedures)
- Manage stakeholders and coordinate with other teams to jointly deliver services such as provide reporting and analytics expertise
- Efficiently and effectively support employees and managers across Europe with their enquiries and interact with customers to address their concerns, answer their questions, and assist them with their needs in English and Swedish

- Drive data analytics to follow up on diversity, equity and inclusion activities and design reports to follow-up on performance KPIs for Region Operations team and translate functional HR requirements to create structured dashboards to drive data-driven decisions while ensuring high data quality
Profile
We see that you have a higher degree-level education within a relevant field, but relevant work-experience can compensate. You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR and/or analytics and a proven track record of working with HR IT systems and Data Management. You have knowledge of employment legislation, GDPR and HR compliance as well as and HR reporting. You are used to working with HR analytical tools and data modelling. You feel secure and experienced in HR and can translate functional requirements into insightful data models, reporting and analysis.
Excellent skills in English and Swedish, both written and verbal, is essential for this role. Additional proficient knowledge in French, German, Finnish, Italian or Spanish is a plus.
Experience in working with SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow and/or other publishing tools (such as SharePoint) is an advantage.

Ansvarsområden

Genom att följa forskning och utveckling såväl externt som internt inom Yaras internationella organisation och genom egen syntes kommer du att vara delaktig i utveckling av såväl våra gödslingskoncept, gödselprodukter som digitala hjälpmedel för optimering av insatser.
En viktig del i arbetet är också att förmedla vår kunskap i till bland annat lantbrukare, distributörer och rådgivare i både skriftlig och muntlig form.
Profil
Vi söker dig som är utbildad agronom med mark/växt inriktning och har flerårig erfarenhet av arbete inom svensk lantbrukssektor. Du har ett intresse för växtodling och gärna särskilt växtnäring och gödsling.
God kommunikationsförmåga, i tal och skrift, på både svenska och engelska är en förutsättning för arbetet.
Minst B körkort är en nödvändighet.
Du behöver kunna arbeta självständigt och strukturerat samtidigt som samarbete såväl inom teamet som med samarbetspartners är en viktig del för vår framgång.

· Coordinate and support on the onboarding process
· Run and analyze surveys for recruitment, onboarding and retention to ensure effective measures for further improving our processes
· Support with employer branding initiatives
· Support managers and relevant stakeholders with separation processes

Profile
Relevant degree (Human Resources, Organization Psychology etc.)

The Compensation & Benefits Operations team cover four main services, namely Compensation Management, Benefits Management, Payroll and Time & Leave Management.
We are now looking for an HR Advisor to join our Compensation & Benefits Operations Team. The HR Advisor for Operational Compensation & Benefits is responsible for supporting the coordination of compensation and benefits processes at regional level in compliance with global policies. In addition, the position will ensure that the processes are in line with local legislation and regulations in cooperation with other members in Regional HR Operations and Local HR. In addition to this position will work on the Payroll and Time & Leave Management as well as benefit administration for Sweden.
Responsibilities
Coordinating and supporting the Regional Compensation & Benefit processes as follows:
Review and support on Compensation & Benefits processes in Yara Europe
Position grading / job leveling processes at regional level and keep track of holistic grading overview, as well as support changes in benefit plans and coordinate proposal in close cooperation with Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager
Support on salary budget frame, calculate the cost impact and prepare compensation framework and guidelines before communicating regional salary review process kick-off
Support in selecting and managing third party benchmark providers for industry / market compensation comparison and benchmarking of salary ranges as well as for (local) benefit execution in coordination with relevant teams (e.g. procurement, payroll)
Advise managers on and manage off-cycle increases in line with global standards, regional salary levels, and local collective labor agreements
Conduct competitive analysis of benchmarks and identify gaps to current benefit plans
Publish compensation adjustments and incentive payments (global short-term incentives and local bonus schemes)
Developing communication and training in collaboration with the team for Yara Europe HR and Line Managers
Co-ordinating the Payroll and the Time & Leave Management Process for Sweden together with outsourced payroll partner in Sweden, in addition to identify potential improvement areas.

Profile
Relevant degree-level education
Min. of 3 year relevant work experience in HR, also depending on level of expertise and seniority of previous roles
Good communication skills. Ability to simplify and visualize complex issues.
Understanding or strong interest in cyclical compensation and benefit processes including budgeting and benchmarking, strong market insight
Experience working with HR Information Systems. Experience with MS tools (e.g. Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint) is an advantage.
Good knowledge of GDPR and HR compliance
Strong analytical skills. Ability to pay attention to details yet see the big picture.
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to optimize and harmonize processes
Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written communication. Additional languages are a benefit.
