About the role:

Group Internal Control team serves as a 2nd line of defense to secure the Verisure Group’s internal control environment and ensure reliable financial reporting.  In this role you will play a critical role in optimizing the internal control environment in the Verisure Group, currently consisting of operations in 17 countries across Europe and Latin America.

You will work closely with various departments to evaluate existing controls, identify areas of improvement, and implement robust internal control procedures.

Responsibilities:
* Design and execute testing procedures to assess the effectiveness of internal controls.
* Outline and communicate findings, recommendations, and action plans to relevant stakeholders.
* Identify and follow up on weaknesses, inefficiencies, or potential risks within various business processes across the organization.
* Lead and coordinate the Control Self-Assessment process, which is conducted regularly.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance the internal control framework.
* Develop mitigation strategies through proactive risk assessments.
* Collaborate with local teams and other departments within the organization on various projects related to risk assessments and internal control, such as Group Compliance and Group InfoSec including the ITGC team.
* Collaborate with the external auditors during audit periods.
* Provide guidance to local teams across the organization on internal control best practices.
* Stay informed about industry developments, emerging risks, and regulatory changes.
* Support in the implementation of a GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) tool.
* Participate in the ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) project which is conducted regularly.

About you:

Besides being a proven team player with the ability to develop relationships easily and naturally with different parts of the organization, you possess a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
* 3+ years of experience in external audit, internal audit, risk management, or related roles.
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
* Strong understanding of risks and internal control principles, methodologies, and frameworks (e.g., COSO).
* Advanced proficiency in Excel.
* Professional proficiency in oral and written English are mandatory. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Power BI skills are not a must but an advantage.

Your responsibilities
As Legal Counsel with a focus on general commercial work and you will primarily work with Group Procurement, Ingka’s global procurement function but also on other general commercial matters across Ingka. • provide commercial, contractual and negotiation expertise for the procurement of indirect products and services;
• draft, review, negitiate and interpret a broad range of commercial agreements;

• help coordinate the legal global support for the Group Procurement function, identifying, developing and implementing good ways of working and effective processes, ensuring synergy across all sourcing categories;
• contribute to internal knowledge, development and knowledge transfer within Ingka Group, including legal processes such as creation of templates, playbooks, trainings and sharing good practices worldwide;
• recommend and assist in developing risk-management processes and procedures for the entire contract lifecycle;
• advise on general commercial legal matters;
• keep track of relevant emerging trends, technologies, regulations, and industry to identify how these can be deployed to competitive advantage;
• have close collaboration with the legal teams in all Ingka Group markets; and
• support the global implementation of a contract solution across the organization, including discussing and agreeing upon legal deviations on the global templates (based on local legal requirements).

As Legal Counsel at BAT you will have an important role supporting some of the markets in forefront when it comes to delivering the BAT strategy of building A Better Tomorrow by reducing the health impact of our business. WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Provide all aspects of legal support, general commercial and regulatory advice relevant to the manufacturing, labelling, marketing, sale and distribution of BAT’s products.
Identify and mitigate legal risk in proposed and operational marketing activities, including potential intellectual property, data protection, consumer protection, competition, and compliance risks.
Interpret the current and proposed legal environment and advise the business on compliance in reaching its objectives and to ensure the business adheres to the legal requirements and BAT’s internal policies.
Contribute to cross functional projects and initiatives to assess, monitor, and anticipate potential and actual risks to the business, working closely with External Affairs.
Develop and organize appropriate training to the business.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
BAT is looking for a legal professional with approximately 3 to 4 years of experience working either in-house or in a private practice with a proven track record of advising on complex legal matters. Preferably, you are experienced working with marketing and advertising regulations across digital, social media, e-commerce, and retail. You have solid experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and are very familiar working with different stakeholders.
In order to be successful, we believe that you are a person with a strong ability to build solid relationships and to be influential with different stakeholders in your surroundings. You thrive to work team oriented to accomplish common targets with your legal team, but you don't have any problems operating independently and proactively taking the initiative when needed. WHAT YOU WILL DO?

Your mission as Senior Counsel - Corporate will be to provide practical, timely, and high-quality legal advice to the Group corporate functions and management. As Legal Counsel – Digital and Procurement (Financial Services/ D&I), you’ll be part of a team of eight that supports our global business, and our ambitious (and busy!) This role will have a focus on supporting our growing and developing financial services offering from a global perspective, working and coordinating with country legal managers and external counsel when needed and will support on wider procurement (e.g. professional services) and development and innovation matters.

A SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOU´LL BE DOING:
You will:
• be responsible for providing and coordinating commercial focused and strategic legal advice to enable the development of financial services offerings that are compliant with relevant legislation and regulations;
• have a global perspective of legislation and regulations in the financial services and payments space and the ability to deep dive into key markets and co-ordinate with local country legal managers and external counsel when required to provide the necessary commercially focused advice;
• be responsible for staying up to date (and keeping the business updated) with the latest financial services legislation and regulations (e.g. banking, payments, privacy, etc.) in our key markets;
• facilitate understanding across the organisation of the impact of such legislation and regulations to enable the teams to plan, develop, deploy and create business cases for financial services products and solutions;
• network and create strong relationships in the financial services regulatory arena, to maximize the full potential of knowledge sharing and nurture opportunities for co-creation;
• keep track of emerging trends, technologies, regulations, and industry practices in the financial services and payments space to identify how these can be deployed to competitive advantage;
• review, drafting and negotiating the commercial agreements, including master services agreements, development agreements etc.;
• advise on general commercial and legal matters;
• advise on the development and deployment of new tech, customer and co-worker experiences and initiatives, and our omnichannel and digital offerings;

WE´RE LOOKING FOR A QUALIFIED LAWYER WHO:
• has a strong background in financial services and the payments space from a global perspective as well as general commercial legal experience, gained either in private practice or in-house (some in-house experience would be good);

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated and self-confident Legal Counsel supporting our fast-growing renewable energies business in Sweden and other Scandinavian countries with a strong focus on wind projects.

As a Legal Counsel within the Construction & Procurement Law Team you will work alongside other members of the RWE Renewables Legal Team and engage with other support functions to deliver a holistic and streamlined service to the business of RWE Renewables in Scandinavia.

As Legal Counsel at RWE Renewables, you will also:

* Provide legal support to any procurement activities of the RWE Renewables business in all technologies worldwide (except for Americas) with a focus on construction and operation in Scandinavia
* Be one of the key legal advisors handling all legal matters of RWE Renewables' renewable energy projects in Sweden and other Scandinavian countries
* Advise the business on procurement contracts, including development of drafts and negotiation of related documentation, such as turbine supply agreements (TSAs), balance of plant agreements (BoPs), EPC(I) & turnkey contracts, purchase agreements for components, O&M agreements and service agreements
* Provide support (including liaising with external counsel) in related dispute resolution situations
* Drive standardisation and process improvement initiatives
* Develop non-standard, customized solutions when needed to address complex project challenges
* Establish and nurture effective cross-functional and cross-cultural working relationships with legal but also business colleagues in the regions of interest and the wider Group

Your profile
We are looking for you who have a law degree and a minimum of five year experience working in construction and procurement law in an international law firm or company, preferably in the renewables energy sector. It is also beneficial if you qualified in a further jurisdiction.

You may also have:
