I över 25 år har vi med egna arkitekter, inredare, konstruktörer, fabriker och projektledare säkerställt högsta kvalité och effektivitet vilket gör att vi kan kombinera lyxen med ett arkitekt ritat hus, anpassat efter tomt och behov till nära nog kostnaden av ett enkelt kataloghus.
För att ta nästa steg i vår utveckling söker vi nu en inredare (till att börja med som timanställning) som kommer att ansvara för att guida våra kunder igenom alla inredningsval som följer med husresan, allt från mindre detaljer som färgtonen på det lindade repet på ett specifikt dörrhandtag till stora frågor som golv, paneler, färgval och fast inredning.
I uppgiften ligger att fånga kundernas drömmar genom att skapa moodboards och kompletta inredningsskisser i 3D.
Vi arbetar primärt i Archicad och Sketchup men är öppna för andra verktyg.
Då tiderna fortfarande är lite utmanande i husbranschen så söker vi till att börja med en inredare som kan tänka sig timanställning
Vi har ett Showroom/Inredningsrum i Karlskrona idag och planerar att öppna ett i Malmö inom kort.

A day in your life with us
• Leading the Communication and Interior Design team, to embrace and understand knowledge of IKEA home furnishing and people's life at home to grow&deliver; to the business expectations.
• Giving clear direction and strategies for the creative direction in the IKEA store.
• Managing all the store planning process for all the store areas (commercial and non-commercial areas including the office areas).
• Using seasonality and vitality to strengthen the implementation of the commercial calendar priorities including but not exclusive to launches, collections, News and SISAN amongst others.
• Accountable for analyzing people´s life at home in the PMA, to provide the right solutions for the customers that reflects their needs, wants and dreams.
• Accountable for my function’s development, securing the functional succession plan, that secures development of team members. Provide and secure a customized training plan individually to secure the functional competence.
• Goal setting and follow up through soft and hard KPIs.
• Creating a “sense of urgency” and agile adaptation to capture arising commercial opportunities.
• Secure conceptual and commercial compliance is a part of our ways of working.
• One of the main commercial stakeholders contributing to yearly market business plan, creating the yearly action plan for the market and for the function, agreeing on the business potential and gaps, securing the right actions and necessary redesigning of the total store.
• One of the key stakeholders in the upcoming City Plan for Malmö Market.
Who you are
You are a strong and experienced leader who leads through people with a gentle approach and is tough on business results and leads by example.

You have:
• 3 -5 years leadership experience on a management level in a high-volume IKEA Market
• Proven track record in commercial and conceptual excellence
• Competent in the home furnishing business and other elements in your field

In these exciting times, we are now looking for?a Com&In; Digital Knowledge Modeler?to join our IKEA knowledge graph product development team.?The assignment?of the IKEA knowledge graph product team is to formalize an explicit IKEA ontology of the knowledge we have at IKEA?and?make the knowledge consumable for all IKEA trademark users using modern integration solutions. The product team will?create an infrastructure, allowing for?the actual knowledge domain owners to?model the graph themselves?following both legal structures and internal IKEA governance principles and at source. This also implies that we can remove the integration and transformation layer. After that, we will?distribute the knowledge to all retailers in high-performant and scalable way and where they are, which is +50 markets around the IKEA globe.

One of IKEA´s?strengths is the understanding of our customer’s life at home, how we use home furnishing to solve these by using our unique product range. This combination of knowledge we have built and developed over 70+ years. Your job as Com&In; Digital Knowledge Modeler is to work together with subject matter experts and model ontologies that represent the knowledge domain for home furnishing.

Home furnishing knowledge can range?from color knowledge to complete home furnishing solutions for needs no matter how big or small. How does one plan the perfect sleeping solution? What solutions are best for small space? What types of products are best suitable when living with a baby? These are the types of knowledge areas that will be modelled in the graph.

It is essential?that our Com&In; Digital Knowledge Modeler brings both broad and deep?knowledge of IKEA home furnishing and interior design. Experience with knowledge modelling is not a must, we will support with training?in ontology modelling. However, it is important that you bring a strong interest for digitalization and a passion and drive to translate our unique IKEA knowledge into a digital format to benefit the many people You will be part of a team of experts passionate about technology who represents different knowledge domains. 

As a Com&In; Digital Knowledge Modeler you will: 
Collaborate with subject matter experts in understanding and breaking down different home furnishing topics.
Define and build home furnishing knowledge taxonomies.
Model ontologies that represent various areas of home furnishing.
Define synonyms definitions for all concepts in collaboration with subject matter experts.
Identify opportunities to leverage concepts, ontologies already represented in the graph.
Ensure naming conventions are kept for all concepts and relations within the graph.
Collaborate with product teams and break down requirements to identify gaps in the ontology.
Collaborate with other digital knowledge modelers and ontologists to strategically connect ontologies.

IKEAs Communication and Interior Design department's mission is to inspire and surprise our visitors through the visuals in our store. As Interior Design Manager, you lead the Interior Design team to create home interior design solutions in room settings, homes, restaurants and other customer and coworkers’ areas, according to your PMA insights.
One of your biggest challenges in this role will be to lead the team in prioritizing what makes the most difference for the customer. You will have the strategic overview, keep track of where we are and where we are going, and what are the steps to get there?

Övergripande beskrivning för rollen

Som växtinredare/säljare har du en viktig roll i att öka Luwasa Greenstylings omsättning genom att kontinuerligt och med olika försäljningssinriktade metoder söka upp nya, bearbeta gamla och vårda befintliga kunder.
Din profil
Vi söker en driven säljare som kan inredningsbranschen och har ett stort nätverk inom branschen.
För att bli framgångsrik i rollen krävs i grunden en god försäljningsförmåga och en personlighet som inger förtroende gentemot kunden i dialogen kring växter och inredning.
En god kommunikations- och samarbetsförmåga är en förutsättning i rollen och då arbetet innebär många personliga kontakter både inom och utanför organisationen har du en god förmåga att skapa och utveckla långsiktiga relationer.
Du bör vara strukturerad, ordningsam samt klara av att arbeta i högt tempo där varje dag kräver stort mått av flexibilitet. Du bör vara lösningsorienterad och inget är omöjligt för dig.
Ett måste är att kunna se var i rummet krukor och växter kan placeras för att få dynamik och harmoni tillsammans med övrig inredning. Du har god förmåga att förmedla dina idéer till kunden samt att skapa och illustrera dem i Word, Powerpoint och Sketchup.

Your responsibilities

You will contribute to improve the store planning processes supporting the team of planner specialists. The product team will?create an infrastructure, allowing for?the actual knowledge domain owners to?model the graph themselves?following both legal structures and internal IKEA governance principles and at source. The interior design team delivers outstanding home furnishing solutions on a yearly basis to stimulate interest in life at home. This team is a part of the Retail Solutions team which also includes shop and graphic design. As an Interior Design Specialist, your main task is to design outstanding home furnishing (store) solutions to stimulate the life at home interest for our visitors and potential customers. Together with colleagues in our 30 markets, you will strengthen the uniqueness of the IKEA identity in range presentation and home furnishing solutions such as room settings, homes, vignettes and sales support areas. In addition, you will also be involved in different projects together with the markets and secure local market needs.
