Region NCE - SBU NCE Service - Sub Supplier Management
Vestas Northern and Central Europe is a sales business unit covering Scandinavia, UK, Ireland, Poland, the Baltics, Germany, Benelux as well as Eastern Europe and south of Africa. We are responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. We strive to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas, and we aim to make Vestas Northern and Central Europe the best place to work.
You will be joining a team handling our Sub supplier Management. We act as regional partner, with the objective of making all needed activities in administration, ordering, onboarding, governance and supporting of sub suppliers their core business, and thereby supporting the regional organization. This position is located in Malmö, Sweden.
Responsibilities
As Service Operations Dispatcher your primary tasks will be:
Regional responsible for PR/PO creation, GR, invoicing, and the governance thereof
Administration of phones, PCs, keys etc. for sub suppliers
Creation and maintenance of sub supplier system profiles
Create and maintain certification overview
Supporting local functions in potential claims against sub suppliers
Ordering of sub suppliers according to forecast and service need
Qualifications Required
On a professional level you are/have:
Good IT skills in MS office and preferable experience with Sales Force and SAP
Experience in a cross-functional, international setting and understand team dynamics
Professional verbal and written English language skills. Swedish language skills are an advantage
Competencies Required
On the personal level you are/have:
Analytical, very structured and have a good overview
A strong communicator both orally and in writing
Able to handle a large contact area and a distinct team player
A good understanding of the process and a strong data discipline
