Du kommer att arbeta med produktrelaterade frågor, reklamationer, transportfrågor och stötta kunden i deras inköpsresa.

Är du personen vi söker?
Vi söker dig som är serviceinriktad, kommunikativ, och gillar att ge support till kunder. Du har relevant gymnasieutbildning och erfarenhet från liknande yrken inom handel och kundservice. Du behärskar norska och svenska flytande och du behärskar även engelska, i både tal och skrift och har god datorvana i de vanligaste Office-programmen.

- Programming language, (Java, Python or Ruby etc.)
- Container Technology
- Automation framework (Jenkins, Selenium)
- Continuous integration & continuous delivery


If you have experience of PowerShell, and Azure as well as development in embedded systems (C / C ++), this is an advantage. It is also a plus if you have experience in e-commerce.

Relevant education from a university, college or vocational university is desirable. You have a very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in English.
