Role OverviewYou will be joing our marketing team for an unpaid marketing internshipfor six months with a possibility of extension. Technical Writer: Role Overview
We are in search of a talented and meticulous Technical Writer to strengthen our Product Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that resonates with our senior audience. Our offer

In the Event Manager role at Doro you will contribute to increasing our business and the value of the Doro brand. You are responsible for our pop-up store in the Malmö region, the Doro end cap solutions in Sweden, visiting our customers to educate them and supporting marketing and KAM's when needed. You will be travelling on average four days a week in Sweden as a field sales ambassador for Doro. You will also attend fairs and exhibitions in the Nordic countries.

About the position

In this role you will report directly to the Nordic Sales Director. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Pop-up store

Operational responsibility and daily management for our first pop-up store during September until January. Responsible for staffing, schedule and the daily activities in the pop-up store including making sure it is opening and closing on time.

Coordinate actions in the store together with marketing and regional director. Making sure we have the right products to show.

Work closely with the mall in marketing and doing partnerships with other stores within the mall.

Travel to customers in Sweden

Du är civilekonom eller motsvarande med ett antal års erfarenhet av liknande arbetsuppgifter. Du har gedigna redovisningskunskaper och behärskar hela redovisningskedjan från löpande bokföring till period- och årsbokslut. Du har stor kunskap och erfarenhet av svensk och utländsk moms. Att vara stöd i redovisningsfrågor till övriga organisationen blir också en del av din roll.

Du har ett intresse för, och erfarenhet av att arbeta i ett större affärssystem som Navision och Cognos samt goda kunskaper i Excel.

About the position

In this role, you will contribute to increasing our business and the value of the Doro brand. We want to boost our communication via creative content, do something fresh, positive, and energizing, using the latest trends in social media and video editing. You are responsible for the planning and hands-on implementation of marketing content in general and social media in particular, including generating the actual content while ensuring brand compliance in our productions. About the position

The Category Manager owns the product strategy and is responsible for the product outcomes. The responsibility also includes the category’s contribution as a business unit to the overall profit and loss of the company. This extends from increasing the profitability of existing products and services, to developing new products and services.

You will work closely with our other Category Managers to find synergies and collaborate on a cross-functional roadmap within our full range of products. About the position

The Category Manager owns the product strategy and is responsible for the product outcomes. The responsibility also includes the category’s contribution as a business unit to the overall profit and loss of the company. This extends from increasing the profitability of existing products and services, to developing new products and services.

You will work closely with our other Category Managers to find synergies and collaborate on a cross-functional roadmap within our full range of products. The manuals need to be adapted based on requests from different parts of the organization. You also need to release printing materials on time for mass production.

As Doro’s eCommerce Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive strategies for growing and maximising online sales whilst having a hands-on approach. You will be Doro’s internal expert within eCommerce. Your challenge is to maximise visibility, run profitable sales campaigns for our products online and improve Doro’s current eCommerce presence.

Including:

- Doro’s webshop and in cooperation with the marketing team, our website for keyword optimisation (SEO)
- Doro’s B2B partners/customers’ web shops and marketplaces

You will collaborate internally with our Regional Sales teams, Category and Marketing teams. To improve logistics and ensure optimised product supply, you will work with our Operations and Supply Chain team.

- Work with maintenance of data

This job will include regular travels to visit our Doro offices in Europe and once/twice per year to the Doro Hong Kong office, as well as attend Doro internal and customer external meetings locally and abroad, mobile conferences, fairs, and exhibitions.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Create and maintain an optimal portfolio and roadmap in terms of an ecosystem.
- Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical and operational activities.
- Develop a creative environment in the organisation.
- Search, recommend and define new products and services to launch.

You must be good at pitching ideas and have an ability to gather members from different organisations around common objectives, we, therefore, see that you are an excellent communicator, verbally and in writing, and have excellent presentation skills. We assume you are fully fluent and confident in at least one Scandinavian language and English, and additional languages are positive.

We are looking for someone genuinely interested in both the creative and technical processes of developing products and services and commercial marketing. The position requires 10-15 years of experience in marketing and/or product management and/or project management with a good knowledge of the telecom, electronic, or Internet industry. In this position, you manage projects for new mobile phones and electronics. You are responsible for delivering the project within the approved budget and scope.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Working closely with the Category Manager when it comes to defining the project and its deliveries.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- As responsible for the accounting team you should be able to develop the team members by using your experience and knowledge, motivating the team, be caring and supportive. Together you should build a positive team spirit.

For each of the separate companies within the group: - Overall responsible regarding accounting, VAT setup, control of payment flow, set up in our business system etc. You need to be up to date with legal updates and changes as well as international VAT regulations.

In this role, it is important that you independently manage Doro group from an accounting perspective. Om tjänsten

Hur kommer det sig att vi söker en vikarie? Jo, det är nämligen så att vi redan nu har fått ett tillskott i teamet som växer så det knakar (än så länge i magen) men från och med mars (troligtvis) kommer den lille att behöva all vår HR-generalists uppmärksamhet. Därför söker vi nu ett längre vikariat för föräldraledigheten som sträcker sig från mars 2022 till och med september år 2023.

 

Om teamet:

Du kommer att ingå i ett HR-team som arbetar i Sverige, Norge och UK. I vårt team har vi en öppen dialog, vi lär oss av varandra och vi har kul!

 

Arbetsuppgifter:


• Löpande rekrytering av undersköterskor till vår larmcentral
• Upprättande av anställningsavtal
• On/offboardingprocesser
• Uppdatera vår karriärsida & sociala medier
• Vara stöttande och behjälplig vid rekrytering till andra delar av bolaget
• Stötta i rehabilitering och arbetsanpassning
• Leda och supportera i fackliga förhandlingar
• Supportera chefer i personalfrågor

 

Ja, som du kan läsa finns det en hel del olika områden att arbeta inom, vilket gör att en dag som HR-generalist på Careium aldrig blir tråkig! Nedan kan du läsa en hälsning från vår nuvarande HR-generalist.

 

Hej! Det är jag som ska gå på föräldraledighet och jag ser detta vikariat som en fantastisk möjlighet för någon annan att lära sig lika mycket som jag själv har gjort men också ha det väldigt roligt på vägen! Dina två närmsta kollegor kompletterar varandra väldigt bra. En av dem är väldigt kreativ och idéerna bara flödar, och den andra om tänker på hur det logiskt skall gå att genomföra. I mitten står jag och bidrar till båda delarna. Var kommer du landa i denna dynamik? Det bästa med teamet är att när jag ställs inför tuffa och utmanande situationer så har jag deras förtroende att jag kommer klara det galant. Det innebär aldrig att jag står ensam utan det innebär coachning längs vägen men också feedback för mig att ha med mig i kommande situationer.

Övrigt:

Du kommer att arbeta på vårt huvudkontor i Malmö som ligger på Jörgen Kocksgatan 1B, 5 minuters gångavstånd från Malmö Centralstation.

Tjänsten är planerad att starta den 1/3 2022 och avslutas den 1/9 2023.
