Job description
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect specializing in non-Finance Master Data for Infor M3, with expertise in GS1 standards, to lead the design, governance, and optimization of our enterprise master data landscape. You will be responsible for ensuring that product and partner master data complies with industry standards, supports efficient business processes, and provides a reliable foundation for our ERP and interconnected systems.
Working in close collaboration with data owners, business stakeholders, and ERP teams, you will shape the future of our master data architecture and support strategic digital initiatives.
Define and maintain the master data architecture for Infor M3, including attributes, hierarchies, classifications, and data models.
Integrate GS1 global standards (e.g., GTIN, GLN…) into the master data framework.
Act as the subject-matter expert for core master data domains, excluding Finance Masterdata:

1.Item / Product Master (with GS1-compliant attribute structures)
2.Customer & Supplier Master (GLN)
3.Warehouse & Location Master
Define lifecycle rules, data ownership, and validation standards aligned with GS1.
Ensure consistent master data across all connected systems (WMS, PLM, Icollect, SSCM).
Collaborate with integration teams to maintain clean mapping rules, GS1-compliant identifiers, and accurate synchronization flows.
Support MDM team and Capability Area with GS1-based taxonomy and data structures.
Assess the impact of system or process changes on master data.
Lead solution design for enhancements, migrations, and new business requirements.



Qualification:
Proven track record in leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives with measurable business outcomes and strong experience in multi-cloud architectures.
4+ years of experience with Infor M3 (multi-tenant) and cloud-based data models.
Basic understanding of integration technologies (ION, MEC, APIs) for master data synchronization.
Experience in international or multi-site, distribution, or Food environments.
Architectural certification is a plus

Cloud-Native Test Strategy: Design and implement end-to-end testing frameworks for M3 Cloud Food SaaS architecture validation across all deployment phases (development, staging, production)

The Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Architect for our Wholesale Finance capability with previous experience in the Wholesale Finance area. Having domain knowledge around finance processes like R2R, P2P, O2C etc. But also with a strong competence and knowledge around modern Digital & IT architecture. Capable of leading the way in defining a Wholesale finance architecture for the future. You will be part of the Supply Chain Development organization and have an assignment into the Wholesale Finance capability area. The Enterprise Architecture function is a key enabler and driver in the ongoing transformation journey of the IKEA supply chain business and operations.
What you will do
Define, lead and take ownership of the Wholesale Finance architecture work. Setting the vision and direction for different digital platforms/products and technology enablers within the area

About you
This is a senior position, so we believe that you have:
Previous experience working with similar responsibilities in the past and have experience from the Wholesale Finance domain.
It is not a must with an architectural background you could have been working in other technology/digital related roles like leading products, engineering, tech strategy or other tech related functions. Of course, there needs to be an interest in architecture and having an architectural mindset in the role. But most important is your personality and your ability to take ownership and leadership, building relationships, communicate and manage stakeholders on different levels.
Technology wise, the main platform within the area is SAP ERP and additional knowledge around Infor M3 is a bonus.

Besides the ERP platforms there will be a wide range of technology topics to cover. Experience:

About the job
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Test Leader to drive our testing strategy, ensure product quality, and lead through all phases of the digital product development lifecycle. As a Test Leader, you will be responsible for defining testing approaches, coordinating test planning and execution, and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards before release.

Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, TestRail, Selenium, Xray, Playwright, Cypress, Zephyr, or similar.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks as well as performance, security, or API testing

Analytics management has the assignment to create value and enable business movements by bringing data, competence and the right tools from across IKEA together. As a Data Product Leader, you will support the organisation in leveraging information and data assets for maximum value. We use a mix of cloud and on-prem platforms in a data mesh and you will play a central role in making sure that there are high quality data products available to consume. Job Description
Supply Analytics Management has the assignment to create value and enable business growth by bringing data from across IKEA together to gather actionable insights. We work closely with our business stakeholders and form product teams that deliver cutting edge; data driven solutions for our coworkers.
We work in a modern cloud-based Azure environment, and you will be a part of the data sharing and front-end development team, securing our data products and analytical capabilities sharing. You will be regularly involved in workshops with coworkers to harness modern data infrastructure efficiently and provide long term solutions.
You will:
Guide and facilitate data sharing within the wider IKEA organisation.
Lead the development and roll-out of data sharing practices across a complex organisation with multiple legal entities and privacy concerns.
Be a central point of contact and escalation within the IKEA data sharing community.

Qualifications
As a Data Sharing Leader, you will support the organisation in leveraging information and data. Supply Chain Development (SCD) is going into the next phase of a great journey. By gathering the end-to-end supply chain development agenda into one organization, embedding process and the development and management of digital solutions into the business, we create the best preconditions for meeting the future with the right competences and business capabilities.
By this we will also create the preconditions to a world class supply chain that enable IKEA to efficiently respond to the ever-changing customer needs. The SCD function includes four areas: Procurement, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics & Fulfilment, Intralogistics. Additionally, SCD has three assignments to lead and keep together the overarching development in the field of Data & Technology in Supply, Business Process Management & Identification for total IKEA and the Development Networks to lead collaborative innovation approach around Logistics and Fulfilment. Three enabling functions will be key to support the whole organization: BN Performance & Support, Communication and People & Culture. Our mission is to design & secure the preconditions for a world class supply chain, run and improve everyday solutions, keep together, and optimize the development and innovation agenda.
Job Description
Within the Fulfilment development part of SCD Logistics & Fulfilment Development we identified 3 key areas:
Digital developments around Store & Service Fulfilment – This assignment will mainly focus on process and digital solutions with dedicated support for all IKEA Retailers.
Conceptual framework and learning offer related to Customer Fulfilment function for all retailers. This assignment is attached to the IKEA Retail Concept responsibility.
Strategic development, Retail fulfilment equipment development and Expansion.

The assignment will specifically focus on the Store & Service Fulfilment development areas.
As a Digital Product Leader, you Lead the development and operations of a value driven and user-friendly digital product. With that you represent the needs of the IKEA stakeholder community, the voice of the users, towards the team to ensure maximum value. You understand customer needs and validate that the developed solutions solve these needs.
Your job specific key tasks and responsibilities are:
to set the product vision with a clear product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with Inter IKEA’s digital roadmap ambitions.
accountable for the product backlog (build, edit and maintain) and to clearly communicate the backlog.
accountable for product prioritization through user stories to meet business needs and user experience.
enable exploration of new business potentials.
to comply with relevant frameworks and standards for the digital product.
securing the composition and operational functioning of the digital product team.
accountable for digital product release plan, communication and setting of expectations for delivery of new features and functionalities.
to manage key stakeholder engagement (e.g. user, supplier).
to ensure that the digital product maximizes business value, controlling the costs and giving input to the overall budget.
to manage dependencies and blockers, improve digital product delivery capabilities and gather insights to understand and empathize with the user’s reality.
to identify and create measures of success to understand how the product achieves business outcomes.


In this role you will report to the Digital Product Area Manager for Store & Service Fulfilment, within SCD area Logistics & Fulfilment Development.
Qualifications
You are a strong person with excellent analytical skills and good knowledge of the business context. You have excellent listening skills and the capability to express complex and/or complicated content in a receiver oriented and structured way. You have relevant supply chain experience and/or Retail Experience in the field of Inventory & Logistics and Customer Fulfilment. Interdependently you can lead and deliver in projects/business cases, with timely deliverables and with high quality analysis and contribute with a holistic view, being customer centric and having the end-to-end in focus.
We see that you are highly driven by development & Innovation and constantly being on the way. You dare to think differently, and you have an agile approach and adapt as we go. You are interested in technology, digitalization and finding new ways of working and are highly motivated to do this by collaborating and interacting with different stakeholders. You show a positive attitude, are self-going, persistent and motivated by taking on challenges.
From previous assignments you bring:
experience of progressive and diverse experience in digital product development.
demonstrable experience in working in an Agile or DevOps working set-up.
strong business acumen and a strategic & commercial mind-set.
knowledge and experience working with various technologies.
experience working with and understanding the needs of customers or clients (internal or external).
proven analytical skills and experience making decisions based on hard and soft data.
strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders.

The position is based in Malmö (Sweden) and will require travelling.
