Om jobbet

Arkitekturarbetet är ett centralt område där du kommer att få möjlighet att bidra till utveckling. Du är med och skapar förutsättningar för den digitaliseringsförflyttning som myndigheten är mitt uppe i sig och du kommer att vara en viktig del i myndighetens utvecklingsverksamhet.

Som EA verksamhets- och informationsarkitektur inom it avdelningen och del av Skatteverkets arkitekturstyrning är du en nyckelperson i arbetet runt målarkitektur och den förflyttning Skatteverket gör mot en informationsdriven och digitaliserad verksamhet. Du bidrar med att ta fram nya lösningar som möter dagens och framtidens krav från både verksamhet och våra kunders behov.

Du ansvar för verksamhets- och informationsarkitektur inom IT avdelningen på Skatteverket och planerar och koordinerar arkitekturarbetet inom området och samt stödjer verksamheten vid förändringsarbete. Självklart görs detta med syfte att säkerställa att myndighetens övergripande vision, mål och strategi följs och går i linje med myndighetens strategier och it-inriktning. Du har flexibel arbetstid och det är en självklarhet för oss att du ska ha balans mellan arbete och fritid.

- flera års aktuell erfarenhet av att använda modeller för att analysera och dokumentera arkitektur
- vana att leda och stötta andra arkitekter och ha erfarenhet av att leda workshops
- erfarenhet av planering och genomförande av arkitekturarbete i samband med en verksamhetsförändring 

Det är även önskvärt att du har jobbat agilt i ramverket SAFe samt att du är certifierad i eller har aktuell arbetslivserfarenhet av förändringsledning och/eller projektledning.

Anställningen är tillsvidare och kan inledas med provanställning i sex månader.

Demonstrable experience in working in an Agile or DevOps working set-up
Demonstrable experience in the generation & specification of architectural requirements
Demonstrable experience in data management, data platforms, and analytics at scale

We are looking for a solution architect with long experience in design, implementation, review of complex IT systems, which has a strong understanding of solutions innovation. The ideal candidate has several years of experience working as a solution architect. • Long years of hands-on experience development to deployment. Able to design, oversee comprehensive AWS Cloud solutions that align with business requirements and technical standards leveraging AWS Cloud Services, Java with Springboot / Python, Apache Kafka , security automation.
• Hands on experience in using different AWS components needed for API Integrations such as AWS API Gateway, AWS Secret Manager, AWS CloudWatch, S3 Buckets, etc.
• Can lead the architecture design and implementation of complex banking products (Loans, Cards, Payments)
• Knowledge on application Monitoring, Vulnerability Scanning and Patch Management
• Knowledge on AWS Kubernetes clusters
• Practice in DevSecOps working methodology and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibility

• Working together with other solution architects and identify technical enablers for banking solutions.
• Be a leader within the DevSecOps team you will be responsible for
• Creating architecture design assets and implementing together with the team
• Set high level solution designs ensure they are well documented and communicated
• Ensure that the architecture for new initiatives are aligned with the Enterprise Architectural roadmap and overall Ikano guidelines and target architecture
• Reviews and approval of key design documents, review of code
• Support colleagues with less experience.

Experience

• Several years of successful professional experience in Architecture design and implantation

About you

About You You will be an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Architect with a focus on Data and Product domains. The

? Act as the Translator between different subject matter experts to move with a common understanding in the chosen direction

Qualifications
? Min. 2 years relevant job experience
? Bachelor’s/University level in computer science, information technology, engineering, or another STEM disciple
? TOGAF certification is a plus
? Experience in agile practices and ways of working

? Effective communicator, able to present content and gain buy-in
? Business change experience in a digital/data driven transformation

Job Description

We are recruiting an Architecture Development Manager to bolster architecture leadership at IKEA by introducing a team level. Your role involves collaborating with the manager and peers to enhance architecture strategy and roadmaps at IKEA. You'll lead and develop the IKEA Supply Architecture team within the Supply Data & Technology department, reporting to the Core Business Supply Architecture Manager.

Your responsibilities include constantly refining IKEA's architecture strategy and roadmaps and guiding the Supply Architecture team. About the role

With the introduction of an enterprise-wide Data & Analytics (D&A) platform, democratizing data throughout Inter IKEA, the business usage of data is recognised to grow rapidly. Consequently, data governance and data sharing processes and tools/platforms that will help end users in consuming the right, on-time data are becoming increasingly important. 

You will bring your energy, drive, data and technical expertise into enablement and support of the broad range of data and information topics. In this domain, a wide variety of problem statements, often stretching over the virtual boundaries of Data & Analytics (D&A), Data Integration & Distribution (DD&I) and Information Management (IM), are addressed. Typical assignments range from supporting tool assessment through architecture to in-depth discussions and recommendations around target architectures and roadmaps. You work closely with the D&I EA lead, together you form the conscience of Data & Information domain. 

More specific capabilities may include; 
Supporting the framing of all initiatives with a robust Data & Information architecture direction and fit with shared responsibility for our roadmap. 
Responsible for up-to-date architecture artefacts and data architecture patterns. Partnering with project teams to design, create and re-use the same. 
Developing a network strengthening the foundational of a consistent data architecture across applications, integrations, and analytics. 
Support the D&I lead to anchor our IKEA canonical data model. Together partner with Data & Analytics, as well as Integration teams to implement a decoupled data architecture, and a set of business APIs, independent of transactional systems.

More specifically, in this role you will be responsible for:
Shape ideas – in close collaboration with relevant internal and external stakeholders into concrete, robust and appropriate monitoring solution architecture.
Secure that the solution architecture reflects customer and co-worker experience, time to market, sharing and collaboration, functional, technical, operational, security, financial, social and environmental considerations.
Ensure that the solution architecture and roadmaps complies with relevant policies, principles, rules and standards. Align with agreed IT landscape architectures, its vision and goals and transition roadmaps. Suggest changes, when compliance hinders business value. Manage Exceptions.
Ensure that the agreed solution architectures and transition roadmaps guide the scoping of business initiatives, the low level design and govern the implementation of solutions.
Participate in technology identification and selection.
Work actively in proof of concept activities to validate technology and products to match requirements and architecture designs.
Lead solution architecture activities within the monitoring area e.g. the creation, revision and implementation of vision and goals, standards and reference solution architectures (reusable for the enterprise), handling of deviations and exceptions, ensuring architecture requirements for life cycle management of monitoring products and services, perform design reviews, provide guidance for service improvements and service transition.
In this role you will report to our IT Operations Manager and work closely with stakeholders across Inter IKEA Group digital to lead towards uniformity and commonality. Monitoring capabilities is a huge foundation to achieve quality, efficiency and simplicity for the delivery of our services.

This is a full time role (40 hours per week) based in Malmö, Sweden or Delft, Netherlands reporting to IT Operations Manager.

In the position as Solution Architect Digital Product, you will focus on our Digital Products and will be the Architect in new and on-going digital initiatives. You will work in our different value streams, cross-functional and tight together with other departments.
