We are now looking for cloud engineers for our IT team. We need more competent employees where you, together with IT Developers, will build hundreds of microservices that are deployed and run in Kubernetes clusters on Amazon's cloud platform AWS.

What you will do

The scope

In this role, you will be part of Resurs IT organization, but you will also work with people representing other parts of the bank to ensure that we add as much business value as possible in the area of common bank-enabling products such as our credit decision engine, AML and authentication.

Då tjänsten Cloud Engineer är ny för oss på Resurs Bank har du möjlighet att vara med att påverka och skapa innehållet i tjänsten. Vi ser att du bland annat kommer att jobba med

Vad kommer du att arbeta med?
Du kommer ingå i IT Developments utvecklingsteam Software Solutions. Dina primära arbetsuppgifter kommer vara:


• Kunna granska affärskrav och säkerställa att de är förståeliga och testbara.
• Ansvara för att dokumentera testfall, test underlag och annan testrelaterad information som kan återvändas.
• Ta fram lämpliga teststrategier och täckningsgrad för varje test uppgift.
• Planera tester och ansvara för att leveranser till de olika testmiljöerna finns med i tidplanen.
• Skriva testfall och andra test underlag som visar testomfattningen, samt gå genom testplaneringen med utvecklare.
• Utföra tester (API-test, manuella tester och prestanda tester), ge teststatus, rapportera resultat och defekter. Hjälpa till med prioritering av defekter.
• Identifiera förbättringsområden och dela kunskap med utvecklarna i teamet och med testare i övriga teams.
• Ha en dialog med utvecklarna om när leveranser ska göras till de olika testmiljöerna.

Job Description

The Developer Experience team helps developers bring code to production in an automated, easy and streamlined fashion. The team consists of 2 members today and will steadily expand in the next few years.

Daily tasks may include:


• Working with our Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery environment where we strive for total automation of bringing code from a developer to production.
• Developing infrastructure components, like integrating with different tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, Renovate and SonarQube. You will also develop common code libraries that will be used by other developers as a foundation when they build their microservices.
• Writing tutorials and documentation for developers of how development should be executed to comply with our policies and guidelines.
• Being a spokesperson to promote and communicate developer tools and resources for consistent and efficient development.
• Working closely with architects to decide and set policies and guidelines for our developers.
• Act as a support function for our developers when it comes to the developer experience.
• Being involved in Resurs Bank’s journey of migrating our workloads to AWS.

 

Who are you?

This is a very exciting and challenging role with great opportunities to work with experienced and competent co-workers. Who are you?

You have:


• A BS or MS in Computer Science or similar
• At least 3 years’ experience with front end development with strong coding skills in Javascript
• Experience with JS library and framework, for example React, Angular
• The ambition to learn new technology and interchangeably use various tech stacks

Bonus if you have:


• A track record of developing apps
• An eye for design
• Experience working in fintech
• E-commerce experience
• Experience with cloud-baserade  och DevOps teknologier (AWS, Docker, Kubernets/Openshift)
