Get an idea of the role
As a B2B Marketing Specialist at Resurs, you will combine hands?on campaign leadership with strong stakeholder and partner collaboration to ensure consistent, high?quality delivery and to shape how Resurs engages SMEs across channels.
You will lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel B2B campaigns across digital, CRM, events, partnerships, and content, working closely with internal teams and external agencies. As the primary marketing lead for SME initiatives, you will align closely with Sales, Product, and Partner teams to translate commercial priorities into impactful marketing activities. You will brief and challenge agencies, copywriters, and the in-house production team to ensure high-quality, on-brand delivery, while owning the SME marketing roadmap and calendar with clear prioritization, strong governance, and flawless execution.
You will also:

Drive partner marketing and co?branded activities including events, campaigns and joint value propositions.

Core Business Retail Concept is assigned to protect, expand, and develop the IKEA Concept and the IKEA Brand in existing and new markets globally. This includes sharing IKEA knowledge and learning across the entire franchise system.

Det är avgörande att du förstår säljkårens arbete, liksom Orkla Foods sortiment och hur säljkårsarbetet kan utvecklas och optimeras. Du ansvarar för att analysera, dra slutsatser och verka för förbättring. Du kan sätta en forecast och agerar när du ser en avvikelse.
Teknisk förståelse och viss systemkunskap behöver finnas för att kunna förenkla och driva på utveckling som behövs, både internt ochexternt, även om det inte är du som genomför själva systemutvecklingen. Vi arbetar bl.a. med CRM systemet Argus, Power BI och Pep (plats efter prestation). Du får gärna vara duktig på excel.
Rollen är ofta säljkårens språkrör gentemot ex.KAM, Brand Managers och Category Managers. Du ansvarar för att paketera säljkårens uppdrag samt säkerställa att det som planeras är genomförbart och att tiden i butik prioriteras rätt.
Du jobbar nära och rapporterartill försäljningschefen Caroline. Du jobbar även nära femregionchefer som sitter utspridda i landet, samt säljkoordinatorn Marika som sitter tillsammans med dig på huvudkontoret i Malmö.
Kvalifikationer
Vi söker dig som har relevant akademisk examen eller eftergymnasial utbildning, i kombination med relevant erfarenhet från dagligvaruhandeln (DVH). Du har erfarenhet av arbete i sälj- och/ellermarknadsorganisation med en mycket god förståelse för hur säljkårsarbete och fysisk butik fungerar.Som person är du driven, affärsmässig, modig, analytisk och strategisk. Du har förmåga att se långsiktigamöjligheter och affärer. The team

The job
You will support our Brand Activation team by driving and optimizing our e-commerce, while also being part of maintaining and developing concrete digital data and execution to inform and increase business performance. In close collaboration with the Brand Activation team as well as with our Digital IT and Business Intelligence teams, you will play a key role in ensuring that we are at the forefront of digital transformation in digital marketing data and insights.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
Being an expert working with digital analytics and performance data.
Further developing existing tracking setup into elevated end user analytics across entire user journey to inform ongoing funnel optimizations.
Supporting lead generation initiatives.
Co-developing extended data collection across entire ecosystem and conversion funnels and analyzing drop-off points, ensuring connected digital eco-system tracking.
Supporting the team in actionable insights and identifying conversion optimization opportunities in conversion funnels.
Manage digital assets needed to execute best in class product pages for all new product launches.
Secure content implementation.
Enforcing analytics and supporting a data driven mindset throughout the team.
Creating goals funnels, segment reporting, performance tracking, custom reporting, ad hoc analysis, and dashboards.
Data reporting and ongoing performance measurements, generating and visualizing data insights for various audiences.



EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
ESSENTIAL
Experience Required
Strong analytical skills, a data-driven thinker, paired with your solid knowledge of digital data, analytics, and e-commerce
Excellent communication skills and find it natural to visualize complex data in an actionable manner, coupled with the ability to influence senior stakeholders by extracting the most important aspects of the details into an elevated strategic perspective
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in data and analytics or content specialist role where you come with proven experience in both technological as well as commercial aspects of the area


Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
Excellent knowledge of various tracking and analytics frameworks (preferably Google Analytics).
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, including establishing goals and tracking performance.
Thorough understanding of all touchpoints within the digital eco-system, including PPC, SEO, Display/Programmatic, Social, CRM etc.
Great understanding of juggling tech, data, and analytics, knowing that detail is key.
Flair for presenting findings in dashboards and in ad hoc presentations.

The position is based in our ambitious and dynamic Brand Activation team, which consists of an offline and digital team. You will be part of the digital team driving the digital activities in Sweden supporting the yearly planning and execution of activation campaigns with a special focus on digital.
Your responsibilities will include:
Driving online brand activation projects and campaigns.
You will be responsible for integrating digital touchpoints in the campaign planning including: Social Media, Influencers, Ecommerce, Paid Media, Emails etc.
Taking the lead in driving digital brand building activities.
Shaping creative digital brand activities that connects and supports our offline activities.

As the ideal candidate you are passionate about digital marketing and up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital. You have strong analytical skills and are a data-driven thinker and paired with your solid knowledge of website analytics tools you will quickly succeed in the role.

About the job
It’s an exciting and important role in our Marketing department where you will own product launches and release communication plans for both existing customers and new prospects. You will produce collateral across a variety of mediums that speak to the core value of our products at all stages of the marketing funnel.

You collaborate with and learn from other functions and departments such as DevOps/Engineering, Product Management, UX/UI, Support and Sales with the ultimate goal of increasing marketing- and sales-qualified leads and customer engagement.

Also on your to-do list:

- Create strategies to drive product success through all stages of the customer funnel from awareness, adoption, to advocacy by owning product positioning, narrative, internal communications, and marketing activation strategies
- Define, establish and maintain value propositions with supporting materials and documentation including website collateral, datasheets, product brochures, and technical documentation, such as service descriptions, product architecture.
- Conduct thorough competitive and market analysis per product segments, resulting in product roadmap guidance and sales consumable battle cards.
- Liaise with various departments to produce product marketing assets and sales collateral focusing heavily on our product offering and features, such as feature one-pagers, case studies and video tutorials in close collaboration with the communications and design functions.
- Develop clear and compelling product narratives and positioning by understanding customer needs, product roadmap, market trends, and competitive forces.
- Identify KPIs, set targets, and analyse the results of product launches and growth efforts against those targets.

EMV-avdelningen

EMV-avdelningen är ett nytt team som organiseras inom den kommersiella avdelningen av organisationen. Syftet och målet är att utveckla företagets försäljning och lönsamhet genom accelererad produktutveckling (hastighet och kvalitet) inom företagets egna märkesvaror (EMV). Produktspecialist med kundperspektiv

Till vår nya EMV-avdelning söker vi nu en produktspecialist med stort fokus på kundperspektivet. Som produktspecialist kommer du att testa och utvärdera produkter utifrån ett användarperspektiv. Din uppgift är att säkerställa att produkterna fungerar väl och bidrar till att skapa nöjda kunder. Du kommer dels att samarbeta med kollegor på EMV-avdelningen i Sverige, dels ha kontakt med kollegor i Kina, dessutom agerar du som ambassadör och kunskapsresurs för produkterna internt i företaget.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:


• Genomgång, test och utvärdering av produkter.
• Organiserar och driver test/utvärderings -processen
• Feedback och underlag till Sortimentsutvecklare
• Feedback till medarbetare i Kina

I rollen som Sr Demand Planner har du ett nordiskt ansvar. Du kommer sitta som en central punkt mellan sälj/marknadsorganisationen, finance och supply. Du kommer ansvara för såväl kort (0-3 mån) som långsiktig (4-24 mån) planering av produkterna med målet att ha en effektiv försörjningskedja genom alla led och därmed möjliggöra så noggrann prognos som möjligt, ur både finansiellt och varuflödesperspektiv.

Ett av dina viktigare ansvarsområden är att planera, förbereda och genomföra månatliga genomgångar över lagda prognoser där du tillsammans med VD och respektive lands försäljningschefer genomför riskbedömningar och beslutar om åtgärder.

Om vi tittar på några av dina ansvarsområden utanför ovan nämnda kan listan se ut såhär: 

- Identifiera avvikelser mellan prognostiserad efterfrågan och verklig försäljning
- Konsolidera och analysera information från olika kanaler

Om dig
Du har en akademisk examen inom ekonomi- eller ingenjörsområdet. Sannolikt har du därefter jobbat med liknande ansvar inom en säljorganisation eller Supply Chain i en internationell miljö. Du har ett kommersiellt intresse och drivs av att bidra till goda relationer med kunderna.

You are highly motivated to increase customer value and you share and live the IKEA culture and values.To be successful in this role you have proven advanced training in Retail Layout, Design, Marketing, Sales, Business Management or equivalent. You have minimum 5 years’ experience of developing businesses and delivering results and you have experience in leading and influencing teams and managers. We believe you have experience from a leading position in establishing new Customer Meeting Points (CMPs), maybe you have worked as ComIn Manager in a market organisation. In addition, you have experience from managing change in a complex business environment. You also bring experience from store design and retail establishment process. Moreover you have proven project management skills and you have experience from a multicultural environment. You have knowledge in:• the Retail Establishment Process• customers' living situations in different areas around the world as well as their needs and frustrations in their everyday life at home• methods for presenting the range and service range using store media, display techniques and store layout as commercial tools• efficient CMP operations• IKEA concept, brand objectives, values and vision• Ingka Group strategies, priorities and strategic expansion planning process• how to create and implement change initiatives and manage stakeholders in IKEA• IKEA multichannel shopping experience• how to set direction, create and manage long-term goals and plans and follow up on KPIsYou need to have the ability to take a holistic and long-term view of a global organisation and identify business opportunities accordingly. You possess good leadership capabilities - ability to lead, coach, motivate and influence a large team of co-workers and colleagues. Also you prioritize, delegate and make efficient decisions with speed and simplicity. Moreover we believe you have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships. You have the ability to communicate verbally, visually and in writing in an inspirational way with IKEA tone of voice.ABOUT THE JOBIn this role you will lead a team of specialists, being responsible to support the preparation and planning of new CMPs and major rebuilds based on our most recent home furnishing and merchandising solutions. You will be responsible to secure large scale expansion planning and delivery on time with high quality.You will:• be responsible for leading a large specialists team in central planning of new CMPs and major rebuilds according to the global expansion plan• be responsible for delivering a large portfolio of projects within expected quality, time and budget, by designing retail solutions based on market input and Inter IKEA Systems in order to build the brand, secure an outstanding customer experience, grow sales and broaden the customer base• be responsible to ensure and enable efficient CMPs that present the range in a vital, inspiring way fitting the needs of the many and that enable access to the whole range in a multichannel retail world of IKEA• secure that the Planning Hub team is at the forefront of new solutions and new technology in order to optimise customer experience and efficiency of CMPs• lead, coach and develop a high performing team that will strongly contribute to reach the objectives and goals in Group Expansion • take lead in working across functions within Ingka Group and collaborate with other IKEA units• enable all team members to share best practices with and across the organisation• take lead in driving an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values where our co-workers are informed, engaged and empowered• act as member of the Central Planning Hub Management Team and proactively contribute to IKEA Business Plan• lead positive change, and contribute to building a more unique, inclusive and accessible IKEA - guided by the People and Planet Positive commitments Visa mindre
