The idea was born in an academic project in collaboration with NASA, and then developed into a working product that enables you to shower in full comfort with only 4 liters of water, saving up to 90% compared to traditional showers, and 80% of the energy consumed to heat the water. The role


We are looking for a skilled Office Coordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office's operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.

An excellent office coordinator is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.

The goal is to ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization.



Responsibilities
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
- Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, travel planning, scheduling meetings etc.)
- Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
- Monitor office expenditures and handle office contracts (rent, service etc.)
- Perform basic bookkeeping activities related to office expenditures
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
- Handle and distribute incoming/outgoing packages and parcels
- Handle internal requests and support
- Coordinate corporate events


Requirements and skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in customer service will be a plus

- Outstanding knowledge of Google Workspace

- Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g. optical scanner)

- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task

- Reliable with patience and professionalism



Meritable
- Working experience in technical writing of software and hardware documentation
- Experience in using XML tools (preferably Paligo or similar) to create documentation
- Understanding of SDLC (systems development lifecycle)
- Degree in Communication, Design or relevant technical field

The Role
As a Support Agent, you are our customer's first point of contact making you a vital part of the support experience.

As a support agent with us, you are a part of not only a paradigm shift in daily water usage, you also drive a paradigm shift in customer support as we not only work with reactive support but proactively monitor each and every shower.

Your daily mission:

- Respond to incoming calls and emails from our customers
- Respond to tickets created by our monitoring system
- Handle our customers' cases and requests in our case management system
- Escalate technically complex cases internally and ensure that the best solution is found for the customer
- Schedule and dispatch technicians for on-site service
- Report bugs and customer feedback
- Own the customer dialogue and give our customers the best service
- Advance your own skills and share your knowledge internally


Requirements
You thrive at a high pace and in a dynamic work culture where decision-making paths are short and initiatives and creativity are welcomed. You understand what it means to work in an expanding company and want to be part of the journey that awaits.

You are used to working independently and enjoy taking the initiative but are at the same time excellent in teamwork.

You also have:

- Fluency in English - our company language
- Fluency in Swedish
- Prior experience working with customer service
- A systematic and analytical approach to problem-solving
- Technical knowledge


Good to have:

- Fluency in Danish and/or German
- Previous experience in Salesforce - or other CRM-system.
- Experience of G-Suite
- Recent studies in electricity, plumbing, or similar technical subjects.
- Recent studies in Service Management or equivalent.

Rollen:

Vi letar efter en tech-intresserad, driven servicetekniker som vill vara med på en väldigt speciell och fantastisk resa. Du har erfarenhet av kundservice och kundkontakt och har tekniska och mekaniska färdigheter och kanske erfarenhet av och med mekaniska och diagnostiska arbetsverktyg. Framför allt är du en nyfiken och positiv person med massor av driv. Du kommer att vara en viktig del i vårt After Sales team. Placeringsort är Stockholm eller Malmö, men de flesta arbetsuppgifterna görs on-site hos våra kunder.

- Hantera arbetsorder och avvikelserapporter.


Krav:

- Körkort (B).
- Teknisk bakgrund gärna ifrån fastighetsbranchen.
- Svenskt uppehålls- & arbetstillstånd.
- God svenska i tal och skrift.
- Goda kunskaper i engelska (och gärna fler europeiska språk).

The Visual Director works in a multidisciplinary environment, building and shaping the Orbital Systems' brand. You will develop and deliver projects from brief to the final experience. You are passionate to craft stories, graphics and creative work to make a brand successful.
You will:
Own executing initiatives that shape how we represent our brand in campaigns, websites, events, packaging, print, and other brand touchpoints.
Create and manage conceptually compelling design for the Orbital Systems' brand.
Assist junior to mid-level designers by implementing design direction and incorporating the best design and technology practices.
Collaborate with Chief Design Officer to create compelling brand tone of voice and look and feel.
Manage your own workflow, documentation, and deadlines on multiple projects.



Requirements
Exceptional design aesthetic and solid typography skills.
Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
Proven ability to deliver exceptional design at high volumes under tight timelines.
Experience with leading design brand guidelines.
A compelling and excellent portfolio.
Advanced proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other design programs.
2-3 years experience working with start ups.
A basic understanding of web functionality, site architecture, and user interfaces.



Nice to have:
Oral and written skills in the Turkish language. (You will co develop our brand targeting Turkish Hamams.)
Experience working with the European Union (You will create compelling fund applications).

The Role

What will you do?
You will be part of our After Sales team. Most of the work is done at our customers' homes or businesses where you will perform on-site support.
You will also do:
Installation and activation of shower systems
Provide customers with user and maintenance instructions
Collaborate with our customers to establish and maintain a continuous positive relationship
Report observations and findings in the field
Manage work-orders and case-reportings
