You will lead a structured, high-volume kitchen with clear standards and defined ways of working. Key Responsibilities
Kitchen Leadership & Operations

Lead and participate in the preparation and production of all food


Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to recipes, portioning, and quality standards


Monitor food quality during and after preparation, making adjustments when needed


Team Management

Schedule and manage kitchen staff shifts in line with budgets


Recruit, train, and develop BOH team members in line with business needs


Quality, Safety & Compliance

Ensure the kitchen complies with all health and safety regulations


Maintain equipment in excellent condition through inspections and preventive maintenance


Financial & Administrative Responsibility

Control kitchen costs, staff & food costs, contributing to overall restaurant profitability


Manage ordering and receiving of food and kitchen supplies


Menu & Concept Development

Plan and develop menus in collaboration with the Group Head Chef


Improve standards and procedures when existing ones do not meet guest expectations

About You and The Role
We are looking for curious, energetic and helpful people with a “can do attitude”, previous experience is a plus but not required.
Deliver food and drinks from the bar and kitchen to our guests
Restock the restaurant and bar before and during service, making sure all waiter stations are fully supplied and the bar is fully supplied (glassware, ice, garnishes, soft drinks, etc.)
Collect, polish and restock glasses and other bar equipment.
Clear, reset and prepare tables so the team can seat guests smoothly
Make sure the floor, bar area, waiter stations and bathrooms are kept clean and tidy at all times
Collect empty glassware and plates from the floor and bring them back to the bar and kitchen
Support the bartenders and waiters in a fast-paced environment, often handling several tasks at once

About You and The Role
We are looking for you who is passionate about making drinks and working in a very environment. About you and the role
We are seeking a skilled and organised Lunch Chef to prepare and serve our lunch menu in line with company standards and recipes, reporting directly to the Head Chef or Sous Chef. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a proactive approach to ensuring a smooth, efficient lunch service. The Lunch Chef will work to deliver high-quality meals promptly, catering to guests with limited time during their lunch break, while maintaining a professional, welcoming, and consistent dining experience.
This position will start at 75% employment with the potential to increase to 100% in the future, offering an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to grow into a full-time role as the business and service needs expand.

Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen environment

Key responsibilities as Lunch Chef:
Prepare & plate the daily lunch menu following the recipes and guidelines provided by the company.

Maintain clear and effective communication with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service.
Monitor ingredient usage to avoid overproduction or shortages, and provide accurate ordering recommendations to the Head Chef or Sous Chef.
Ensure workstation cleanliness and proper organisation at the end of the lunch service for the evening à la carte team to ensure smooth transition.
Restock and prepare the necessary items for the following day’s lunch menu.

About You and The Role
We are looking for an energetic Assistant General Manager that is imperative to the success of the business. As a leader you are always inspiring and fair, can make decisions quickly and never compromise the big- hearted service standards. You are extremely ambitious and want to grow within the team and develop one day to the General Manager role.
On busy shifts you will be overseeing the operations of 200+ guests at times while having back of 20 team members. About You and The Role
We are looking for an energetic Assistant General Manager that is imperative to the success of the business. As a leader you are always inspiring and fair, can make decisions quickly and never compromise the big- hearted service standards. You are extremely ambitious and want to grow within the team and develop one day to the General Manager role.
On busy shifts you will be overseeing the operations of 200+ guests at times while having back of 20 team members. You will be multitasking, often being able to welcome and sit guests, while supporting your brothers and sisters. You will make sure everyone who enters the restaurant leaves with a feeling of genuine hospitality. You have recent experience working in a full a la carte restaurant and you are willing to take the next step in your career.

About You and The Role
We are looking for you who is passionate about making drinks and working in a very environment. You will be preparing and serving all kinds of beverage products including: cocktails, wines, soft drinks and coffees. Time to time you will be helping your brothers and sisters on the floor by running the drinks. Previous cocktail shaking experience is a plus.
You will be responsible for the preparation of drinks components including: clarification, carbonization, infusions and more.
Greet our guests with a smile and chat at the bar that makes them instantly feel welcomed.
Pour each drink to perfection and not forgetting to replace the last bottle in the fridge.

About You and The Role
We are looking for an inspiring leader who lives by our values daily and has a deep desire for constant development. You have at least 1 year of experience in a bar managerial role and you are hungry to take on a new challenge onboard.
Lead a team of 3+ bartenders during peak season, with an ability to plan, recruit and coach
You take a full responsibility over the ordering and stock control of beverages
You creatively lead the process of cocktail menu and wine list development with an openness to collaborate and take feedback from others

About You and The Role
We are looking for curious, energetic and helpful people with a “can do attitude”, previous experience is a plus but not required.
You will be delivering trays of food and drinks to our guests
You will be restocking the restaurant for service and making sure there is always everything available on the waiter stations for a smooth service
You will be clearing and setting up the tables
You will be making sure that the floor and bathrooms are clean at all times
The work is in a very busy environment and our runners often will have multiple tasks to accomplish

With a colorful inspiration from the narrow streets of Amalfi up to the north of Milano, we are proud of our generous food and an authentic Italian hospitality. About You and The Role
We are looking for an inspiring leader who lives by our values daily and has a deep desire for constant development. You have at least 1 year of experience in a bar managerial role and you are hungry to take on a new challenge onboard.
Lead a team of 3+ bartenders during peak season, with an ability to plan, recruit and coach
You take a full responsibility over the ordering and stock control of beverages
You creatively lead the process of cocktail menu and wine list development with an openness to collaborate and take feedback from others
You are involved in the whole restaurant management ecosystem and align with brand directions
You leading by example working in the service 90% of your time

Your Role Behind the Bar We’re looking for someone who knows how to create a vibe, one drink at a time. As a bartender, you’ll:
Mix and serve cocktails, wines, soft drinks, and coffee
Occasionally run drinks to tables when it’s busy
Prep ingredients: clarifications, infusions, carbonation and more
Engage with guests at the bar and make them feel instantly welcome
Serve each drink with precision and keep the bar stocked and sharp

About You and The Role
We are looking for curious, energetic and helpful people with a “can do attitude”, previous experience is a plus but not required.
You will be delivering trays of food and drinks to our guests
You will be restocking the restaurant for service and making sure there is always everything available on the waiter stations for a smooth service
You will be clearing and setting up the tables
You will be making sure that the floor and bathrooms are clean at all times
The work is in a very busy environment and our runners often will have multiple tasks to accomplish
