About the role
As a Product Owner at Web Manuals, you will own and drive the development of a defined product area. About the role
As Communication Specialist at Web Manuals, you will be responsible for leading and executing our external communication efforts. You will define how we present our brand, products, and expertise on a global level, while producing high-quality content yourself. The role blends strategy with hands-on delivery. You will translate business goals into clear, compelling messaging, take ownership of communication initiatives, and ensure consistency across markets and channels. This includes everything from website content and thought leadership to PR activities and product launch communication. You will set the direction and drive the execution.

About the role

About the role
As a Product Manager at Web Manuals, you will take full ownership of a defined product area. About the role

About the role
As our Junior Legal Counsel with a focus on Information Security, you will play a central role in ensuring Web Manuals meets and exceeds international standards of trust. You will take the lead on external audits, such as ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2, coordinating preparation, evidence gathering, and audit execution.
Alongside your audit responsibilities, you will support the General Counsel on supplier and commercial contracts, contributing with an information security and compliance perspective. The role also involve elements of IT security operations, working with internal teams on access management, incident response, and technical controls.

Your key responsibilities
Lead and coordinate external audits for ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2, ensuring certification and compliance readiness.
Prepare and maintain audit evidence, liaising with both internal teams and external auditors.
Conduct internal ISMS audits and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with the Compliance Specialist to align ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance with Web Manuals Management System.
Contribute to IT security operations (e.g., incident response coordination, access control monitoring, vendor security questionnaires).

What we're looking for
A legal background (Swedish LL.M or equivalent).
At least 2 years of professional experience within information security, compliance, legal or ISO audit coordination.
Solid understanding of information security frameworks; hands-on experience with ISO 27001 or SOC 2 is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with IT security practices (access management, encryption, incident response) is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex audit cycles.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

About the role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Financial Controller to take a leading role in our global accounting operations. About the role
As a Fullstack Developer at Web Manuals, you’ll be part of our dedicated Development Team, working closely with and reporting to our Director of Engineering. The team includes experienced Senior Developers, Fullstack Developers, a Software Testing team, and a System Administrator. Som Redovisningsekonom hos Web Manuals kommer du att ingå i vårt kompetenta Finance/Compliance-team, bestående av CFO, Revenue Controller, Compliance Manager, General Counsel och Executive Assistant. Du kommer att ha en mångsidig roll som omfattar redovisning, rapportering till myndigheter, intern rapportering samt budgetering. - Manage the Web Manuals Management System, which is based on ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001;

The Role
As General Counsel, you are responsible for the Legal function ensuring that the Web Manuals can continue its fast and global growth while maintaining a low exposure to legal risks. You will be working with our great team members, providing commercial legal support and expertise. You will be responsible for all commercial agreements as well as employment contracts for employees in Sweden, Singapore and the US.
The role also includes responsibility for corporate compliance, corporate risk management, insurances, and IPR.
As our high-velocity growth continues and we look to make acquisitions, M&A will become a key part of the role as well.
Responsibilities

- Swedish Master’s in Laws and at least 5 years practice with an established law firm or relevant in-house counsel experience

- Excellent communication in English, both verbally and written
- Be able to engage with staff at all levels of the organization from diverse backgrounds
