Job Description
Be responsible for the design, development and delivery of a unified, branded, and personalised Intranet experience that connects co-workers with relevant news, conversations, and resources across the organisation.
Ensure the Intranet supports the business capabilities of communication, co-worker experience, culture, and learning in an engaging, targeted and user-friendly way
Work closely with communication channel developer, communication specialists, and digital product teams to align the Intranet and other digital communication products with broader internal communication goals. Work eloquently within a product team, weighing and prioritising all development requests and opportunities against your holistic view of user experience, roadmap, capacity,?architecture,?and simplicity.
Be the voice of the end user?within the product development team and be responsible for maximising the value delivered by the product team. Ensure decisions are grounded in real user needs, not assumptions.
Be responsible for shaping and evolving Viva Engage as a key internal communication and engagement channel. This includes enabling leadership visibility, fostering community dialogue, and ensuring governance and compliance across the Viva Engage ecosystem
Use insights to inform content strategies and improve communication effectiveness, as well as to drive?continuous product improvement?and ensure the Intranet remains relevant and engaging.
Oversee?content governance, including policies for publishing, updating, and archiving content for all of your products
Be responsible for the?design, development management and development of the digital communication channels in your scope, tactical plans and operational excellence including incidents, changes, new requirements, business support?. Work with a cross-functional team to deliver outcome based products.
Know?your products like the back of your hand and actively participate in the change management and adoption strategies to drive engagement and adoption across the different user segments
Align?the?product?vision and prioritisation?for Digital Workplace objectives with your products and their roadmaps and secure
As digital product leader, you will be end-to-end accountable for all aspects of your products, including usage, budget and financial frames, security, compliance, service management and architectural excellence



About You
To thrive in this role, you should bring proven experience either as a product owner in product management. You’ll also need demonstrated leadership in best-practice digital product development, along with hands-on technical expertise in Microsoft 365. You have knowledge of corporate communication, Intranet and social media and deep understanding how they can be integrated together to maximise efficiency and productivity.
You have deep knowledge of digital technology, SaaS models and licensing, service management, identity and access management, ability to interpret usage metrics and user behaviour data. You have demonstrable experience in setting a clear vision for your area, working in an Agile working set-up, proven analytical skills and experience making decisions based on hard and soft data. You are skilled in backlog management, user story writing, and prioritisation techniques.
We believe you have strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders and a true team player with strong collaboration skills. Furthermore, you should have strong business acumen and strategic mind-set, and we also see that you have knowledge and experience working with various technology platforms such as Sitecore, Sharepoint, Viva Engage, Viva Connections, Sharepoint analytics products, Microsoft Search. A minimum of 5 years experience in learning technology leadership within a large multinational organisation with a complex organisational structure.
Deep expertise in existing learning experience platforms such as but not limited to EdCast and Degreed.
A demonstrated ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level, balancing long-term vision with hands-on execution.
At least 5 years experience of learning and development processes, including content design, delivery, and assessment.
Experience managing products or platforms with large user bases (100,000+ users) and multiple administrators.

As an Associate Producer, you will be part of Avatar’s Project Management team. Reporting to the Producer, you will be an important part of the game development and have the opportunity to manage some of the best teams in the industry. Being a Product Manager in the IPEX team

I rollen som Content Manager på Intersolia kommer dina kunskaper inom copywriting till användning och du ansvarar för hela processen d.v.s skapa innehåll, publicera, följa upp, optimera och experimentera. I rollen drar du stor nytta av ditt strategiska sinnelag och du kommer ges utrymme att komma med idéer och delta i förändringsarbete kopplat till avdelningens utveckling.

Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer bland annat bestå av att:
  Ta ansvar från idé till publicering av innehåll som till exempel webbinarium, white papers, artiklar, kundcase, nyhetsinlägg och email utskick.
Utveckla och optimera copy för hemsida, sociala medier, landningssidor, betald marknadsföring och marknadsmaterial.
Implementera och följa upp content som skapas i Sverige till Intersolias andra kontor i Danmark, Tyskland och UK.
Bana väg och rusta upp inför en redan påbörjad tillväxtresa inom Inbound marketing.
Vara delaktig i att skapa processer och nya strategier för ett i framtiden växande team men också bana väg för att nå företagets expansionsmål.

What you'll do
Be the central contact person for all brand art assets requests (video, screenshots, graphic design)
Ensure outstanding project management for team deliverables (priorities, assignments, milestones, version phases).

The Position
Avalanche Studios Group and its creative division Systemic Reaction is currently looking for an experienced Senior Producer. Required qualifications:

Credit on at least two shipped games as Producer or above or been involved with two projects through a complete development cycle
Has directly led a full or significant part of a development team
Extensive knowledge in game and software development methods

Responsibilities
Create and implement the Studio production strategy for short/medium/long term
Define the best production processes and methods to reach the expected profitability, quality and deadline targets
Leadership of Producers and Product Managers
Support and coach Producers and Product managers in choices of technology and services for their projects

Studio staffing and resource allocation

The Position
Avalanche Studios and it’s creative division Expansive Worlds is currently looking for an experienced senior Live Producer. The Senior Producer is responsible for facilitating the execution of the overall production to meet the required project goals of a live Game-as-a-Service title. They will drive the development team towards their production goals, determine resource requirements and manage the backlog. The producer facilitates the team, motivating and removing blockers from them whilst constantly driving the project towards success.They will be part of building and maintaining a strong development team and a productive environment for the team to flourish in.


In this role, Avalanche Studios and Expansive Worlds is searching for a dynamic and strong leader with development and management experience who can inspire and energise their team. They will need to be able to work effectively in a fast moving and evolving environment. The Senior Producer will report to the Director of Development. The Senior Producer will have members of the development team as direct reports.


General responsibilities
- Work together with the Product Owner and Lead Designer to develop, champion and communicate the product vision to the team
- Develop and manage the development team resources planning, tasks distribution, following up and deliverables
- Develop and refine the development processes to increase production efficiency and quality
- Prioritize incoming issues and coordinate live teams and work with the release managers to ensure quick resolutions to critical issues during the live service
- Create follow ups and status reports as well as ensure compliance with all legal requirements
- Drive and foster effective communication among all team members and ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed
- Work actively together with all external partners, including platform holders, that are needed for the product’s success


Required qualifications:
At least 4 years experience as a Producer within game development/production
Credit on at least two shipped games as Producer or above or been involved with two projects through a complete development cycle
Has directly led a full or significant part of a development team
Extensive knowledge in game and software development methods
Experience with identifying risks and mitigation
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent listening and communication skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English



Desired qualifications:
Experience working on a live project or similar such as extensive DLC
Experience with console and PC
