What we offer
At Tarsier Studios, we believe in quality above all else; but quality is the residue of care, and most of all, care for people. So our great perks, like 6 weeks vacation, flexible working hours, company-paid supplemental pension and sick leave insurance, additional health allowance and a relocation package, are not there just to make people happy, but to ensure we reach the highest quality bar possible. Making great games means demanding a lot from people, but that doesn't mean we can’t take good care of them while we do so. That is the Tarsier way and what we offer to all our colleagues. Junior IT Administrator

Tarsier is on the verge of great things. We'd love to say we're there already, but that would just be lying to sound cool in a job ad. So we're close, but we need more top people to help us get there, and that's what we're looking for right now! We're just about to head out on our next set of adventures, making world-class games with top publishers; all the while pushing the bar of what comes next with our in-house concept team. Tarsier is all about great ideas executed to perfection, and if you want to be part of it, why not see if you fit the bill.
As a Junior IT Admin you will be responsible for handling day-to-day Information Technology (IT) operations. You will complete everyday support tasks related to our hardware devices and software packages, help installing new setups, and revise or extend our existing documentation. In addition, you will be answering IT questions, completing administrative tasks, and filling out documentation when new inventory is requested.
Other work will include removing security threats and malware from company systems, tracing network failures and researching possible solutions, deploying new software, and upgrading installations. In time, you will also own the process of onboarding/offboarding of clients. In other words, your standard day will be awash with all kinds of IT-related tasks!
Prior experience is certainly beneficial, but as this is a junior role, there will be others to ask and learn from. Some of the most important factors will be how you are as a person, your willingness to learn, and your positive approach to your work.
Responsibilities
First contact for requests and support for IT-related issues
Ensure IT equipment in meeting rooms works and is in good order
Hardware replacement
Various Active Directory and Google Suite administrative work
Extend and create user manuals
Own and develop the onboarding/offboarding life-cycle of clients process (from an IT perspective)

Your background
We assume you either come from some IT-oriented education. It might be that IT is your main interest in life and you have educated yourself, or you have been working a few years in a similar role. You know how to build a computer from scratch. You have no problem speaking English and Swedish, and can make yourself perfectly clear in both languages. You like people as much as computers!
