Your key responsibilities will include:
Lead deployment workstreams through the NPI process.
Lead assigned development activities (non-transformational) (continuous improvement, regulatory etc.)
Promote and integrate ways of working within the Deployment team.
Support implementation of new and modified products at factory level, through specifications creation and manufacturing SOP’s.
Support in manufacturing trials, material validation, new product implementations.

As the IWS Manager, you will be responsible for the IWS implementation in the site. You will act as the daily coach to the Top Team, Pillar Owners and teams to linkage of the effort with business results. In this role you will drive general education and change management to ensure IWS understanding and people capability to accelerate progress across the site/organization.
Accountabilities
Overall Coordinator of IWS implementation – Drives IWS circle of success
Support the Site Master Plan (definition of capability development, focused on losses to drive the performance of the organization) looking ahead 6 to 18 months and facilitate master plan review with TT to ensure it remains on track

We have an exciting opportunity for an Line Lead in the Factory, located in Malmo, Sweden
The Line Lead is responsible for leading a team of Equipment Owners (EOs) within the shift and for delivering the necessary results to achieve the Business Need (CBN)/Enterprise Plan through rigorous application of RTT/IWS tools.
Total of direct reports: Up to 16 employees
Working schedule: 5-shift pattern


Your key responsibilities will include:
Strictly applicable of IWS tools/standards used by daily Line DDS, leading and reporting QIE DMS and coaching the team to follow standards and to ensure that improvements to be planned/unplanned downtime to deliver on schedule.
Responsible for performance improvement in all areas and with expected prioritization, safety, quality and volume on dedicated lines by actively working from an IWS perspective and current processes (90 DAP).
Leads and distributes the work by ensuring production with correct resource planning according to the production plan and staffing model throughout the year.
Ensures that the line structure is helpful at the production line and in the event of planned line stops.
Coach individual and entire teams and support resources to adhere to set standards and document standards for improvement.
Monitor and ensure that the company's EHS, Quality and hygiene policies and regulations are adhered to on the production line to provide a safe and healthy working environment.
Support staff training planning by coordinating with supporting functions around training sessions
Lead by example and according to BAT values by coaching individuals and teams at the line on a daily basis
Responsible for ensuring that the products produced on the dedicated line are produced according to the expected quality standards and meet the specifications of the product
Ensures that NCP processes on the line are followed and that RCA and CAPA are correct, complete, documented and communicated in a timely manner in the DDS structures according to IWS standards
Ensure proper onboarding for new hires by following up on the onboarding plan and supporting the employee to meet the requirements within the timeframe.
First contact for HR-related topics (e.g. Kontek, Talent Mgmt., Falck, Apparel).
Responsible for recruitment and staffing withing the own team.



What are we looking for?
Experience within LEAN and/or IWS manufacturing
1-2 years of leading teams experience

About the role
Our international client is looking for a driven and ambitious Corporate Finance Analyst to assist in all things financial. You will be a part of a workplace where you have a chance to develop and will be based at the office in Malmö. You will be reporting to the Corporate Finance Manager. Corporate Finance Analyst performs primarily operational tasks such as general ledger, fixed assets, customers and suppliers, intercompany transactions, and other activities in more detail described below.

As Finance Analyst, some of your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and sending requests for entry master data into the system
Preparing documentation and sending requests for posting of fixed assets disposal
Creating PO numbers for finance and on behalf of other departments as well as RRB PO, receiving invoices-GR and sending invoices to GBS
Inter-company accounting (Group / Regional / area recharge of expenses, local costs recharge to other companies within the Group, inter-company reconciliation of open items, etc.)
Checking and clearing of open items on GL accounts
Support in activities related to closing of books at the end of the month / year.
Checking open items for all suppliers, as well as submitting GBS requests for closing invoices and payments, as well as advance payments.
Reconciliation of the balance for open items with customers and suppliers.
Checking and closing PO numbers created by others in SAP, as well as checking GR-IR and sending for closing-MR11
Participates in preparation of documents and reports during the audit of financial statements, as well as during tax audit.
Participates as needed in all other GBS activities related to EM finance



Personnel objectives:
Provides support during the implementation of GBS standards for processing and posting business transactions
Provides consistency and accuracy of master data in SAP
Support during continuous improvement and automation of bookkeeping accounting documentation
Cooperation with cluster teams on the implementation of GBS projects


The office is based in Malmö.

About you
You have an educational background in Economics or Finance, with 2-4 years of hands-on experience in a broad role similar to this, where you have already touched upon most of the tasks above. Experience from SAP, accounting systems and supply chain or logistics is an advantage. Fluency in English, written and spoken is required. Fluency in Swedish as secondary way of communication is beneficial. As a person, you are proactive, results-oriented, and love diving into new challenges. You are also good at prioritizing, organizing, and structuring your tasks.

As a Master Data Coordinator at BAT Fiedler & Lundgren you will be a part of a global team.

As Spare Parts Admin you will work in a team of 3, administrating spare parts for the factory.
Key Deliverables
Spare parts available always, minimize out of stock situations.
Support purchase of spare part for preventive maintenance
Support production when corrective maintenance is needed regarding spare parts.
Keep budget under control and source new suppliers to keep cost down.
Develop and improve spare parts management.

In the role as Flavour & Sensory science you will work in a team of 14. You will have one who reports to you and you will report to the Production Deployment Manager.
Key Accountabilities
·Accountable for the co-ordination and management of all flavour activities/projects within the Smokeless category ensuring provision of clear and focused flavour development briefs to the Global Flavour Team.
·Support brand teams in identifying new flavour opportunities through portfolio mapping and gap analysis and provide technical support in creating flavour briefs and descriptions.
Support the implementation of the Global Flavour Strategy within the Smokeless category ensuring alignment of global and regional flavour initiatives.
Plan, direct, and manage activities associated with the internal Sensodus and Expert panels in Malmo for oral product categories, ensuring the full integration of Sensory into early stage product development initiatives.
Responsible for ensuring that all Panel Maintenance activities are executed and that the related sensorial panels are operating at a high level and fully adhering to all internal processes required at the Malmo site.
Responsible for the management of day to day Sensory Panel activities, whilst ensuring best practise implementation, alongside agreed priorities and aligned to the Global Sensory Strategy.
Maintain a high level of expertise in all aspects of sensory evaluation of oral products.
Responsible for the quality of the Sensory results and the implementation of Sensory best practice across the panels.
Acts as the principal contact for the selected category sensory panels in Malmo and ensure that sensory best practice is implemented.

Functional requirements:

Relevant university degree within Finance
Min 5 years’ experience in Finance, preferably in FMCG environment

Fluent in written and spoken English (knowledge of Swedish is an advantage)

We are looking for a Operations Finance Executive who will bring innovation, creativity and a great attitude to our team. In this role you will report to the regional head of operations finance and you will be a key member of the operations finance team. You will apply your expertise in reporting, analysis and provide business support to operations while nurturing business partnerships with key stakeholders.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities


·        Support monthly reporting and analysis which may include performance of system related activities utilizing NAV
·        Perform ad-hoc financial modeling (such as business cases) and analysis
·        Provide leadership and coordination to drive continuous improvement within the operations finance organization
·        Perform variance analysis, including actual to budget and year over year performance
·        Prepare and analyze journal entries as needed in support of month and quarter close activities
·        Assist with the financial planning cycle including preparations and maintenance of data and schedules related to the planning cycle
·        Responsible for compliance with regulatory requirements and documentation of various internal controls
·        Partner with business functions, such as Operations, Quality, Regional Finance and Global Finance.
