HUVUDSAKLIGA ARBETSUPPGIFTER
 

Ansvarig för avdelningens drift.
Ansvarig för den praktiska dagliga tillämpningen och värdskap av konferensavdelningen 
Ansvarar för kundnöjdhet av konferenserna
Se till att alla gäster har en trevlig upplevelse med en hög servicenivå
Se till att området är snyggt och presentabelt
Uppföljning och utveckling av rutiner
Inköp av konferensmaterial
Ansvarig för befintlig teknik och tekniska lösningar som kund efterfrågar
Koordinera M&E och F&B och distribuera daglig drift/veckovis drift
Nära samarbete med kollegor för att säkerställa att snabb service ges vid alla tillfällen
Vara resurs på rums- och konferensbokning vid behov.
Arbeta nära bokningsavdelningen gällande optimala lösningar för gästen gällande möbleringar/övriga önskemål
Ansvarig för bemanningen av värdar/möblerare.
Går på driftmöten och hålla i dessa, ansvarig för rapporter till dessa möten.
Vara behjälplig med förekommande administrativa uppgifter gällande M&E vid behov
Vara behjälplig med förekommande uppgifter på F&B Service vid behov

Key Responsibilities of the Head Chef:

Ensures the smooth running of the kitchen department, where all aspects of the guest dining experience throughout the whole Hotel are delivered to the highest level

Develops and implements plans where kitchen initiatives & hotel targets are achieved

Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders
Reviews and scrutinizes the performance of the food offering, providing recommendations that will drive financial performance

Proven experience in kitchen with strong problem-solving capabilities

Strategi- och affärsplanering, utforska affärsområden inom kundportföljen. Stort fokus ligger på affärsmöjligheter inom möten och events men även logiavtal.
Driva nykundsförsäljning, av valda branscher samt inom egna nätverk
Driva och implementera taktiska aktiviteter nationellt/internationellt
Koordinera insatser med nationella och area Rev Gen team för att optimera intäkter
Proaktivt involvera och säkra god kommunikation med relevanta funktioner inom hotellen

Kompetenser och erfarenhet
Vi söker dig som har universitet eller högskoleutbildning eller annan likvärdig utbildning/erfarenhet
Kommersiell och resultatorienterad med stort affärsnätverk inom regionen
Dokumenterad god säljerfarenhet med positiva säljresultat
Erfarenhet av att jobba med nykundsbearbetning är ett plus
God kommunikativ förmåga, både svenska och engelska i tal- och skrift samt trygg i att kommunicera inför grupp.
God organisations- och problemlösningsförmåga
Arbetet förutsätter att du är proaktiv och kan arbeta självständigt, med hög aktivitetsnivå gentemot kund

-Works with key stakeholders, effectively manages and reviews the life cycle of the team within the hotel, fostering a culture of growth, development and performance
-Owner of the hotel budget, business and sales plan, ensuring that all areas of the business are controlled. Maximizing sales and profit, business opportunities and brand reputation, productivity and performance
-Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders and business partners
-Reviews and scrutinizes business activities, objectives and best practices, providing recommendations that will drive financial performance and provide added value
-Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required

Requirements of the General Manager:
-Proven experience in general management with strong problem-solving capabilities
-Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style
-Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
-Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations
-Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
-Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms
-Strong communication skills

The Radisson Blu Hotel in Malmö is conveniently located 5 minutes’ walk from the city center. Every room in our Malmö hotel measures 43 square meters minimum, giving our guests the space to re-energize and make themselves at home. Our 229 comfortable, modern rooms are twice the size of an average standard hotel room.
