ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Product Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers get the best possible experience with our products.
Responsibilities:

Answering incoming requests from Spiideo customers and triaging according to our Service Level Agreements


Act as the first point of contact and advocate for our customers across all products


Escalate incidents to our Engineering team when needed


Investigate and replicate bugs, and testing new features


Collect customer feedback and channel insights back to our product team for improvements


Take ownership of the customers' support experience from start to finish


Help manage our league processes to provide a seamless customer experience


Contribute to delivering a best-in-class support experience


Qualifications:

A strong interest in helping customers and solving problems

You will be working in an office-like environment with light mechanical assembly in close collaboration with our small permanent production team of two. The job tasks will also include receiving and packing deliveries.
Qualifications

Mechanical hands-on ability: basic skills with light mechanical assembly or similar "handy" tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Role Overview

As our People & Culture Manager, you will drive a culture of continuous improvement and play a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that sets the right prerequisites for a great people experience throughout the full employment lifecycle.

You will be driving the people strategy, leading the People & Culture team and representing People & Culture in our executive management team. As a small team of two, the work is a mix of operational and strategic work where you will get the opportunity to work internationally with the full spectrum of P&C areas and responsibilities.

Qualifications

About the role

Core responsibilities

- Manage Finance/Treasury, including legal & administration. Leading the Accounting, Controlling and AP/AR team

- Reporting monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounts. Managing, forecasting and budgeting KPIs, profits and liquidity

- Responsibility for statutory reporting including taxes, year-end report, and reports to government authorities, in this also manage required coordination with CEO and Chairman

- Continuously develop and optimizing a global, scalable Finance function including automatization of workflows and processes in close cooperation with the Commercial & Product delivery organization to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction

THE OPPORTUNITY



We are refining our target market segments and expanding our sales team so we can better meet the needs of our future customers. As a result we are now looking for a new Director of Team Sales - Europe.

As the Director of Team Sales - Europe at Spiideo, you will:

- Manage staff and resources through the full sales cycle (lead gen to close) to effectively hit quarterly sales targets
- Analyze the process, team, and resources on a weekly basis to make data-informed decisions that continuously optimize the process for efficiently selling Spiideo products/services into the Team Sales - Europe target market segments
- Target segments are Tier 2/3 (non-Elite/Premier) teams across Europe in team sport like - football, ice hockey, rugby, basketball, field hockey, handball…
- Hire, train, and develop your team of sales managers (~5 to start, but we are growing fast)
- Work closely with the Demand Generation and Marketing teams to manage the lead generation, qualification, and nurture aspects of the sales process
- Select and manage successful industry events for your team, including traveling/presenting when necessary
- Work closely with the Director of Sales Operations to accurately and effectively report and forecast up to the Executive Management Team
- Report directly to the VP of Global Sales, and assistant with the design and implementation of strategic iniatives


What we are looking for:

- Minimum of four years experience in SaaS and/or Sports Tech sales management
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle - ie working closely with Demand Generation and Marketing
- Proven ability to analyze the sales process and make data-informed decisions that drive continuous improvements
- Knowledge about sports and video analysis so you can effectively relate to, and communicate with, our potential customers
- Proven leadership and communication skills that will enable you to bring to life the Spiideo values, and drive the performance of your team
