Som Supplier Quality Engineer hos oss är du en viktig del av vårt kvalitetsteam i Malmö. I den här rollen får du möjlighet att kombinera analytiskt tänkande med praktisk problemlösning och arbeta nära både leverantörer och interna funktioner.
Du kommer ha en central roll i att säkerställa att våra leverantörer och deras leveranser möter företagets krav på kvalitetsutfall, samtidigt som du proaktivt arbetar för att förebygga risker, undvika kvalitetsavvikelser och driva förbättringar. Du har ett starkt stöd i teamet, men samtidigt behöver du ha förmågan att ta egna beslut och lyfta blicken för att se till helheten.
Dina ansvarsområden inkluderar:
Ansvara för leverantörsavvikelser och arbeta med kontinuerlig förbättring
Följa upp och kommunicera leverantörers KPI-utveckling (kvalitetsutfall och avvikelser)
Delta i tvärfunktionella projekt inom inköps-, kvalitets- och produktivitetsförbättring
Genomföra och följa upp revisioner hos leverantörer för att säkerställa efterlevnad av kvalitetsstandarder och avtal
Kvalificera nya leverantörer – bland annat i avtalsprocesser
Implementera och övervaka användningen av FMEA och PPAP
Arbeta med kvalitetssäkring av inköpt material och stöd till ankomstkontroll (support och teknisk kompetens)
Arbeta med interna avvikelser

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO The purpose of this role is to ensure our Co-Manufactured products are released to the market with the right quality, everywhere, always. Your main task will be to release products in our ERP- and warehouse systems based on predefined requirements. In close collaboration with our external partners, you continuously improve the release processes. You’ll help track and trace batches, coordinate complaints and dive into investigations when things go off track. It’s all about keeping quality high and problems low! 
Here’s the main elements of the role:  Review and approve analytical results and certificates of analysis of finished goods. 
Handle block, release and scrap steps in ERP-system and warehouses. 
Make products available for sales through ERP-systems and in warehouses. 
Responsible to block andrelease externally produced finished goods. 
Support investigations of deviations and complaints connected to Co-Manufactured products. 
Close communication with internal stakeholders.

You will play a leading role in our internal culture transformation program for health and safety, driving global excellence and supporting our production units, functions, and projects in the following processes/areas:

• Supporting the organization, especially the production units, in maintaining compliance with internal/external standards and regulations

The Bigger Picture

You will report to the Vice President Responsible Care and be part of an engaged and dynamic team that collaborates with colleagues in all functions and positions. The position will be based in Perstorp, Malmö or Stenungsund in Sweden. International travelling to our production sites in Europe, North America and Asia will be expected. You can expect approximately 40 traveling days a year.

Our Expectations

You have a Master´s or Bachelor´s degree, preferably in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Toxicology, Occupational Health or Medicine. You have at least five years of experience from process industry, working with HSE and particularly chemical safety. You combine the theoretical and practical experience to prevent and/or manage health, safety and environmental incidents. 

As a person you are very skilled in facilitation, auditing and project management. You have a curious and exploring mindset, willing to take on ambitious challenges together with the team. Furthermore, you have excellent communication skills and can use these to successfully persuade and get the message through to top and middle management. You are fluent in spoken and written English.

Join our dynamic Data and Analytics team as a Platform Engineer with a focus on Databricks platform development and operations. In this critical role, you will design, develop, manage, and operate high-quality shared platforms that support efficient operations across IKEA's value chain. As a Platform Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

About you
You are a passionate Platform Engineer with substantial experience working on the Databricks platform. You have a strong background in data platforms or enterprise solutions and a keen understanding of data democratization. Your expertise includes working as a platform and/or software engineer in complex cloud-based analytic solutions, particularly with Azure tools.

You will be a valuable part of our team, working as Validation Lead, with responsibility for leading, planning and executing validation activities. You will act as a trusted advisor, to our customers externally or internally in our collaborative life science projects across various disciplines.

Project Management Office (PMO) är idag ett team med härliga kollegor som är placerade över hela landet. Vi driver och hjälper vår organisation med projektledning, planering, dokumentkontroll, ekonomisk uppföljning, inköp, teknisk ledning och montageledning inom stora industriprojekt.
Som Project Manager ansvarar du för hela processen från projektstart, där uppdraget definieras, till överlämnande till uppdragsgivare. I uppdragen ingår studier och genomförandeprojekt. Du ansvarar för omfattning, budget, tidsplan och HSEQ.
Som Engineering Manager övervakar och hantera du alla tekniska frågor, genom nära uppföljning med disciplinledarna. Du ansvarar även för datahantering och samordning av 3D-modeller och granskningar. Vidare ansvarar du för att alla nödvändiga projektkvalitetsrutiner följs i det dagliga ingenjörsarbetet och att det finns en god tvärvetenskaplig kommunikation mellan berörda parter inom projektet.
Som Construction Manager sätter du upp mål och struktur för byggledningsavdelningen. Du driver även arbetet med att implementera arbetsprocesser och bidrar till affärsområdets övergripande strategi och mål. Du deltar i projektförsäljning, bygga upp kvalitetsledningssystem, ge stöd till kollegor i organisation samt tar uppdrag i det EPCM-projekt som bedrivs ute i vår verksamhet.

About the Job

As our System Team Coordinator, we expect you to have a holistic system overview which you use to support our organization perform system E2E tests and support with root cause analysis. You are the main contact person for the System Tests, and you keep a close contact with the Release Manager, development, and delivery teams. Moreover, we expect you to have an overview of the risks end to end in the release, support the IT organization with making them aware of these risks and coordinating testers to ensure we validate and/or mitigate the relevant risks in the system test. 

We also see that you support with system set ups when we have unclear responsibilities, running the automated test suite when needed and monitor the sys environment to detect problems. When improvements are needed in the process or sys environment you can create awareness, drive, or implement such.  The role may change over time as the teams change in their maturity, our architecture change or other organizational changes affect the need from the role

Your main job responsibilities:
* Perform system E2E test & Analyzing test results  
* Support teams by driving the discussion on risks regarding E2E regression, E2E integration aspects, and other aspects that can (only) be tested in the SYS environment
* Support root cause analysis  
* Monitor sys environment  
* Run automated test suite for sys test 
* Main contact person for system test for Delivery & Development teams  
* Drive improvement projects to increase efficiency in system test  
* Coordinate dev team testers in their system test 
* Support/coordinate with test systems when unclear responsibilities in development teams

About the role

We, within our competence and expertise, at AFRY are involved in shaping the future of the energy transition. The Transmission & Distribution (T&D) business area's strategy addresses the challenges of a changing power sector, upgraded grid infrastructures are instrumental in adopting the future generation mix to guarantee an economic and reliable power supply.
Advanced Power Systems & Solutions is a vibrant team, part of the System Studies and HVDC section within T&D Sweden at AFRY. The team has a cross-functional role with a focus on FACTS, HVDC, Integration of Renewables, and other Advanced Power System Applications within Sweden, and Internationally. At present, the section consists of teams located within seven offices across Sweden.
Integration of renewable energy along with FACTS and HVDC play a vital role in the development of sustainable transmission and distribution systems for now and the future. There is a growing need for advanced FACTS and HVDC systems around the world. Renewable electricity generation and demand continue to grow and the vision of higher penetration of Power Electronic Interfaced Generation will continue beyond 2030. We have the business mind of Making Future.
We develop the system requirements for different utility and industry customers’ needs and also evaluate contractors and supplier submittals for both tenders and projects. You should be able to develop systems and solutions based on those system and functional requirements. We work together with our customers towards delivering sustainable techno-economic solutions in a timely manner is a core value for the team.
Qualifications
You are experienced within the power systems analysis field and have MSc or PhD in the field of electrical power systems with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in this field. You are passionate about working with new and leading technologies and have a good knowledge of FACTS and HVDC combined with a good understanding of RE systems integration challenges.
You have the knowledge and proven experience in simulation programs and power system tools.
You must demonstrate excellent command in at least two of the following software programs and tools, PSCAD, PSS/E, DIgSILENT / PowerFactory, EMTP-RV, ETAP, MATLAB, Simulink, RSCAD / RTDS ...etc. Experience in CIM/CGMES is a plus.
Being able to demonstrate a very good understanding of FACTS, HVDC or RE integration within some of the following areas brings value to our offering and will be assessed during the application process:

Your role

The Strategic Purchaser executes the sourcing strategy within the applicable project, negotiates and establishes agreements with suppliers according to Category Strategy and project technical, budget and timing requirements. You monitor the order fulfilment and intervenes with the supplier when applicable during the course of progress.

For this position, you will be responsible for sourcing of welded steel constructions from current and future supplier base. This requires;

* Knowledge of production processes for welded constructions
* Understanding of BOM and basic drawing knowledge
* Basic understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001

* Establish contracts with Suppliers, maintain and administrate contract documentation in relevant systems

AREA LEVEL:
Representative of quality function for the area and to lead an End-to-End approach assuring quality of all product categories commercialized in the DRBU are according to the consumer requirements
Facilitate and support that all factories and End Markets within the DRBU are fully compliant with BAT Quality standards, best practices, and guidelines
Lead and support delivery of Global/Regional Quality strategy deployment in the Area

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Vem är du?

Sales Manager Scandinavia

We are looking for a Sales Manager in Scandinavia. Are you hardworking and self-motivated with a desire to succeed? Do you want to work for a global company? Then this might be a position for you!

Job Description
You will be representing the Scandinavian market of the business. We are looking for you who has a business mindset and an interest in technology and/or chemicals. You will be Telko´s face for the local markets in Sweden, Denmark and Norway.

You will be responsible for:
• Representing the Scandinavian market
• Liaising with suppliers
• Negotiating with existing customers to maximise revenue and volume
• Developing area sales goals.
• Building relationships with local key accounts

You can be based in either in the vicinity of Malmö or in Gothenburg, and you will be reporting directly to the Vice President of Chemicals.

Qualifications
You preferably hold a Bachelor or Master´s degree in the field of Technology and with at least 1 years experience from B2B sales. We value your experience in creating business and developing relationships, and we expect you to have excellent communication skills.
As a person, you are driven, business minded, open to new challenges, with a growth mindset. It is equally important that you are structured, with the ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a flexible and positive "can do" attitude, enabling them to become quickly established and successful, therefore rapidly adding value to our business.

Experience required:
• A proven track record in sales/retention function is essential
• Experience in Sales Administration
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to have articulate conversations
• A self- starter who works on their own initiative
• A quick learner with the ability to think on their feet
• Ability to travel at least 50 days / year
