På uppdrag av Caldic söker vi just nu efter en Supply Planner på heltid. Caldic är ett internationellt kemi- och livsmedelsbolag, med primärt fokus på livsmedel i Norden. I Malmö har de en precis öppnat upp sin nybyggda produktion i Fosie där de har produktion av över 4000 olika ingredienser. Arbetsuppgifterna omfattar hela inköps- och leveranskedjan, från beställning till uppföljning. Det innebär att säkerställa leveranser av varor och fylla på lagret genom dagliga inköp, hantera orderbekräftelser och följa upp leveranser. Du kommer även registrera leverantörsdokument, hantera reklamationer och kontrollera fakturor.

Detta är ett uppdrag på fyra månader, med start i början av oktober. Arbetstiderna är förlagda måndag – fredag på dagtid 08.00-16.30. I denna tjänst kommer du vara anställd av StudentConsulting men utföra arbetet för Caldcis på deras nya kontor i Fosie, Malmö.

Vem är du?
Du är strukturerad, lösningsorienterad och har lätt för att samarbeta – och du brinner för kvalitet.

Du har relevant universitets/ högskoleexamen, gärna med teknisk eller kvalitetsinriktning

Kunskaper i M3 är meriterande.

Som Produktionsadministratör blir du en del av avdelningen Supply Chain Planning and Execution och spelar en nyckelroll i att säkerställa en effektiv och korrekt förberedelse av produktion. The Bigger Picture

You can expect approximately 40 traveling days a year.

Our Expectations

You have a Master´s or Bachelor´s degree, preferably in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Toxicology, Occupational Health or Medicine. You have at least five years of experience from process industry, working with HSE and particularly chemical safety. You combine the theoretical and practical experience to prevent and/or manage health, safety and environmental incidents. 

As a person you are very skilled in facilitation, auditing and project management. You have a curious and exploring mindset, willing to take on ambitious challenges together with the team. Furthermore, you have excellent communication skills and can use these to successfully persuade and get the message through to top and middle management. You are fluent in spoken and written English.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will be a valuable part of our team, working as Validation Lead, with responsibility for leading, planning and executing validation activities. You will act as a trusted advisor, to our customers externally or internally in our collaborative life science projects across various disciplines.
You will have the opportunity to use your solid knowledge within the area to advise in validation matters. You will also be responsible for generating VMP, VP, FAT, SAT and IQ/OQ/PQ documentation and executing the associated tests. Communication with a diverse range of stakeholders, both within our organization and externally, is a crucial aspect of this role. To cooperate with both colleagues and customers to ensure the quality in our deliveries is another part of the job. The Bigger Picture

Our Expectations

You have a Master´s or Bachelor´s degree, preferably in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Toxicology, Occupational Health or Medicine. You have at least five years of experience from process industry, working with HSE and particularly chemical safety. You combine the theoretical and practical experience to prevent and/or manage health, safety and environmental incidents. 

As a person you are very skilled in facilitation, auditing and project management. You have a curious and exploring mindset, willing to take on ambitious challenges together with the team. Your background:
We believe that you have a university education with focus on technology and quality. It is also an advantage if you have worked with VDA 6.3 and problem-solving tools such as Six Sigma and 8D. You have good knowledge of technical drawings/measurement techniques. Din roll

Som komponentingenjör, med inriktning mot ubåtar, arbetar du främst med att utveckla och förvalta Saab Kockums komponenter och komponentbibliotek. Du kommer vara en av spindlarna i nätet att säkerställa att kedjan går från tanke till en komplett komponent och kvaliteten på dessa. When improvements are needed in the process or sys environment you can create awareness, drive, or implement such.  The role may change over time as the teams change in their maturity, our architecture change or other organizational changes affect the need from the role

* Perform system E2E test & Analyzing test results  
* Support teams by driving the discussion on risks regarding E2E regression, E2E integration aspects, and other aspects that can (only) be tested in the SYS environment
* Support root cause analysis

* Run automated test suite for sys test 
* Main contact person for system test for Delivery & Development teams  
* Drive improvement projects to increase efficiency in system test

Advanced Power Systems & Solutions is a vibrant team, part of the System Studies and HVDC section within T&D Sweden at AFRY. The team has a cross-functional role with a focus on FACTS, HVDC, Integration of Renewables, and other Advanced Power System Applications within Sweden, and Internationally. At present, the section consists of teams located within seven offices across Sweden.
Integration of renewable energy along with FACTS and HVDC play a vital role in the development of sustainable transmission and distribution systems for now and the future. There is a growing need for advanced FACTS and HVDC systems around the world. Renewable electricity generation and demand continue to grow and the vision of higher penetration of Power Electronic Interfaced Generation will continue beyond 2030. We develop the system requirements for different utility and industry customers’ needs and also evaluate contractors and supplier submittals for both tenders and projects. You should be able to develop systems and solutions based on those system and functional requirements. Qualifications
You are experienced within the power systems analysis field and have MSc or PhD in the field of electrical power systems with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in this field. You are passionate about working with new and leading technologies and have a good knowledge of FACTS and HVDC combined with a good understanding of RE systems integration challenges.
You have the knowledge and proven experience in simulation programs and power system tools.
You must demonstrate excellent command in at least two of the following software programs and tools, PSCAD, PSS/E, DIgSILENT / PowerFactory, EMTP-RV, ETAP, MATLAB, Simulink, RSCAD / RTDS ...etc. Experience in CIM/CGMES is a plus.
Being able to demonstrate a very good understanding of FACTS, HVDC or RE integration within some of the following areas brings value to our offering and will be assessed during the application process:

Bakgrund och personlighet

Du har en högskoleutbildning (teknisk eller ekonomisk) med inriktning supply chain och ett par års erfarenhet av arbete, med motsvarande arbetsuppgifter, inom livsmedelsindustrin. Vidare har du en stark erfarenhet från att aktivt arbeta i, eller driva, S&OP;/IBP. Erfarenhet av arbete med färskvaror är meriterande liksom erfarenhet av Lean Production. Du är en van användare av planeringsverktyg (tex FutureMaster eller motsvarande), Excel och ERP-system (tex M3 eller motsvarande). Vidare talar och skriver du såväl svenska som engelska obehindrat och har lätt för att kommunicera.

You will be part of the Category Area Food Logistics team, which amongst Need Planner role includes Demand planners as well.

As a Demand Planner at Category Area Food you are turning the analysis of our DC outflow to the stores into an accurate forecast that is used to secure the availability of our products. High forecast accuracy will secure availability for our DC´s and finally to our customers around the globe.

In addition, you will predict the future outflow for new products as well as for activities. Due to low maturity in our processes, you will need to find new ways of working. One area with special focus will be the alignment of the tactical forecast and the operational forecast. Our aim is to improve our short and long term forecast accuracy and provide this information to our supply chain partners.

Being the Supply Organisation’s speaking partner with the Retail organisation, you work closely with the Sales colleagues at BA Food and have direct contact to our Retail markets as well. You will turn their input into a forecasts. You will contribute in building a smarter, slimmer and more cost-effective supply chain, enabling availability at lowest possible cost!

Vi söker nu en Supply Chain Planner till vårt Quality & Sourcing team som består av totalt 3 härliga medarbetare. Du kommer vara placerad i Malmö och rapportera till Strategic Sourcing Manager.
Du kommer att vara en viktig del i vår verksamhet och ha ett nära samarbete med projektledare, service delivery managers, supportavdelning och säljavdelning för att på bästa sätt möta kundens leveransförväntan. Därutöver hanterar du den dagliga kontakten med både interna och externa leverantörer och distributörer.
Du förväntas driva planering, kommunikation och uppföljning av prognos samt koordinera inkommande och avgående leveranser, inklusive tullhantering. I arbetet ingår viss rapportering till externa intressenter, myndigheter, miljödokumentation, etc, men även genomförande av inventering och viss reklamationshantering.  
Vi arbetar i Microsoft NAV, där du ansvarar för artikelregister, produktkategorisering, planeringsparametrar, och BOM-struktur.
